Here's 25 0z of the good stuff. The biggest nugget there is 2 1/2 oz. This gold has not moved far, it's all very sharp, although it's covered with 8-10 of overburden. Are setup is a 60 yard a hour screen shaker wash plant ,Dozer, loader, excavator, dump truck. It's looking bad for this coming season here, we use 1000 gallons of water a minute when the plant is running and we are having drought conditions here in northern California. So I'm planning a trip out WA for the season.

Nightjar Don't have many pics of the wash plant but here's what I got. Plus a look around the camp. The little shed with the tank and curved mirrors is the solar shower that was the best thing I built it works GREAT! the other little buildings are the bunkhouses, I built three of them. The big old run down cabin (built in 1935) is were we cook and eat and wight up the gold. There's one pic of the camp boss taken a nap on the front porch of the cabin. Enjoy Edited by Digmore, Friday 13-02-2015, 14:21.

Great photos dig, you are into it in a big way, hope that large rock in front of the loader didn't do any damage? Your inventiveness with the solar shower is what we are all about. The old cabin could tell a few stories and you have restored it to its glory. We had a supervisor/boss who kept a watch over us always. (Golden Labrador) Keep the stories coming, always interesting to see/hear how others go about prospecting. Cheers |
