hello all My name is brendon, I live in bendigo on the doorstep of the victorian goldfields. I have been detecting with my 3500 for about 12 months and have some small finds over this time. In my line of employment as a exploration driller I have come across remote areas on exploration leases in WA/NT that I will return to one day with my detector.I am a member of several detecting forums and find them full of information for the beginner up. I have lived in bendigo for a bit over 2 years, I lived in a small town called katunga for my first 18 years then lived in perth and darwin while on break from work, moving to bendigo in 2005, where i bit the bullet and got the 3500. I love being out in the bush, on the hunt for gold, which most of the time is not easy to find. But as my skills improve over time I will do better. Thank you gypsy for taking the time to set up this great forum on this great hobby..... |
