hi all,
well the 4500 has found its first pieces of gold,
these two bits i found today would have been the smallest ive had to dig
usually this size i pick up on the surface with the 3500 but i had to dig
5 - 8 inches for both,
one was a HUGE 0.2 grammer and the other a MASSIVE 0.4 grams
i was using the 16"NF mono today and they were loud and clear signals.

cheers Gypsy

Onyer Kris, ;)

Good to hear you"ve blooded your new 45 mate.
thats one "mean" machine/coil combo your swinging there,
bet its not long and you will be graceing the forum with a
report about the 30 odd ounce nugget you have won at 3 - 4 ft
in noisey ground. . . . . ;) :D :D :D

Im keen to hear your fist impressions of the 45,
i was blown away myself at the smoothness and the
clarity of the signal, they really pull you up quick smart :o
and that "sens sharp" is o so deadly when tamed down on noisey ground...

I am heading out on monday 17th with my boy for a while,
havnt been out with him for 7mnths due to him living in adelaide now,
we used to go out every w/end so its great he is coming bush with me.

GOOD gold to all. ;) ;) :D :D

Pete. :)

Hi Kris,

Glad to here you got gold first up, if you can get those littlies, the better ones will look after themselves as they come along. :)

The EMI will puzzel you for a while, :ermm: there are good days and bad with EMI, but the gold keeps rolling in if you persist.

Try not to fiddle too much for the initial few weeks, you will get to know the ins and outs over time and experiance in the field.

If you have any questions Kris, just ask. Good luck on your old patches. ;)

Regards from Vic.John
