WELCOME GREG, YOU WILL ENJOY THIS FORUM!!

I ALSO HAVE AN X-TERRA 70 I USE AT THE BEACH,KIDDIES SANDPITS ETC.
WHAT TREASURES HAVE YOU FOUND????.......I HAVE POSTED MY FINDS
ON THE SUB-FORUM AT BOTTOM OF OPENING PAGE....NUGGETY KATH'S PICS.
VERY LETTLE TREASURES I CAN FIND AT OUR BEACHS' AS THEY HAVE RE-
VAMPED THEM IN MOST AREAS ....THE LITTLE I FIND HAS BEEN AWAY FROM
THE WATER...DO YOU FIND THAT IS WHERE YOU GET MOST THINGS?

CHEERS,
KATH

Kath.
Thanks for the welcome, I have been using the x-terra 70 for about 2 years on the beach, I used to find a fair few coins but we now have a few retired gents who hit the beaches & parks most nights so I don't find much now. I have found 4 gold rings & a few silver ones, but I'm lucky to find $5. for half a day now. I did find a really old ring that dates back to the war years that is stirling silver with gold emblems on the front. I will try to post a pic. I find most in the wet sand.
Cheers Greg

Hi Greg,

You are very lucky to even find that much in coins in half a day!!! B)
Maybe i had best try the wet sand for a lot longer than i do!
only found one ring at the beach, large stone but only a cheapie!! :$

Look forward to seeing your pics if you find time to post.

Cheers,
Kath
