Dognug,
What price do you have on the old map?

Kalgal,

That depends on how good looking you are. If you are big and hairy you only get a quick scan.

Hi Kalgal,
The names Dognug not Dognut. I should find that derogatory and offensive but frankly, I don't give a dogs s---.
Seeing its for Nightjar, I can offer you a hi res scan of the map. It isn't copyrite so I won't be breaking any laws. PM me with an email address and i'll take the map to my architect for scanning. It could take a few days but.
Regards

Hi Nightjar,

I don't want to sell you anything. I'm offering a copy in file format for free. If you like you can get it printed. The map is in good condition. Are you going there for a holiday?

Morning Dognug,
Yes there is a possibility that the area may be visited later in the year.
You are saying now the map is in file format, so you don't have a paper map, would welcome you emailing it to me?

Morning JohnF,
Sorry about not responding earlier, I can't recall the post regarding "Area Search" it probably was on the now 4umer site but it must have slipped through when we were tripping away. If you or anyone else can find it would be appreciated.

Enjoy the last of Summer before we head outthere again.

Peter

Peter,
You might want to have a look at Warrandyte on Google Earth as it's somewhat built up now. You may still be able to pan the Yarra River but I'm pretty sure you won't be able to detect.

Hi Nightjar
Its as Goldnomad says its very built up and you could probably pan in the Yarra river but I don't think it would very private. You might be better to head up towards the upper reaches of the yarra river and its tributaries for some panning/sluicing. If you want to swing a detector then Talbot/ Maryborough are pretty good.
Cheers

Hi David,
Would prefer to learn how to download to Ozi & Google.
I unzip the files and they disappear into the hard drive and then I can't find them?

Hi Lyn,
With all due respect to David, Kris & Ted they are the true professors regarding subjects relating to TENGRAPH, OZI & GOOGLE. :D
What they lack is being able to drop down to the classroom/ beginners level and able to communicate with the "newbies" on the block and explain in detail how to get started.
eg: One of David's Tengraph posts- http://www.4shared.com/file/231126505/30bd6dbc/Ozi_EL_Waypoints.html
Here are the ozi waypoints of the EL Live and Pending with Company Details so once you have loaded your ozi pending tracks that you would of downloaded above you should load the waypoints for it and then you will see the EL tenement number /Live orPending as well company/Name/Address

This is absolutely Double Dutch?
What Ozi pending tracks???
What Waypoints???
Where are the EL Tenement numbers???

Peter

Good luck & safe travels
Peter
