yep new to gold prospecting, my aim in life is to own a sail boat and sail around the world, 20 years or a touch over that till i get super and can buy that ship. as i live only 2 and a bit hours from coolgardie and with work find i go out that way 4 or 5 times a year i have found i getting the gold bug. so want to try my hand at prospecting around coolgardie, i always have heaps of time of work and think while i still so close i might as well try it. I drive a low km 20 year old commodore wagon which i will use as my base, will buy a detector soon as i can figure out the budget but thinking of x terra 705 minelab as my starter for around $1200 though that is a little hard to find cash for at the moment. really if i ever make money from prospecting its going on getting me setup better, but yes sitting in pubs in kal chatting to old timers has got me interested big time in trying my hand at finding gold. |
