"where to go and what to look for".....you've answered your own questions...Leonora and gold. 1/park up at the caravan park and get talking to likeminded people. 2/ walk up the street to the mines dept (DMP) and they'll give you a map of areas you can go 3/Already know how to use a GPS and work out how to stick to these areas 4/stick with small coils and chase small gold 5/make a trip out of it.if you get a bit of colour it's a bonus 6/book in early.the caravan park in Leo has been halved in size over summer and will be an absolute sh##fight this winter. 7/get miners rights for all 8/have fun |

Shane make sure you get permission either thru the mines dept or from lease holders first (if you know any) as most of these areas are under lease and please please fill in your holes!!! |
