hi all
not realy sure what to put her apart from i was directed to this sight by one of your members i bought a nugget from, a gift for my father who was over visiting from Scotland.
i have not managed to get out detecting mostly due to work etc but through time i have managed to pick up a second hand standard SD2200D
im told this will be good enough to gain some experience?
the other reason is none of my friends are into this so venturing out into the middle of nowhere is a little daunting being on my own etc.
also, knowing where to legaly go seems to be a science on its own!
when my parents were here we took a drive to Leonora to witness the so called specking patch but got there on a sunday and was informed rules had changed so it was a long drive for nothing :-(
anyway, im going on a bit introducing myself, im hoping joining this sight i can pick up some tips etc and even better make some like minded friends, whether online or person, thank you for reading this and fingers crossed i can get out soon ^o)
