Okay, so the materials needed are: An ethernet cable Light Switch Screw Driver And uhh... a knife? Something like that. First Steps Connect your cable to your 360, then to your router. Find a place that is easy for you to reach for, and get to quick (in case of an emergency?). Then, once that place has been found, cut the rubber part on the cord for about 6 inches and make it so the water is exosed (make it so that there's a strip of rubber missing for about 6 inches, and if you still don't understand me, then reply to this saying, "CLK, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN BY, "...Cut the rubber part...") Yay, you've accomplished the first steps Step Two So, now that you've exposed the wire, find the orange wire. This is what causes lag. Do us all a favor and cut that wire in the center of that exposed strip of wire (so, where just cut the middle of the solo wire in the middle where it is visible). Step Three Omg Bob Ross is on PBS. That's besides the point though. So now that you've cut the wire, grab your light switch & screw driver. Unscrew the screws just a tiiiny bit, to where you can fit wires in the do hickey. Once that has been done, take the ends of the orange wire, and be sure that there is some actual copper or whatever the hell the wire is made of showing. Then, place that around the screw, and tighten. Do the same for the other screw. Are we done? Sorta. Wrap the part of rubber you cut off with duct tape so that it's no longer exposed, and you are now safe. NOW you are done. Feel free to have fun pissing people off! And I hate to use this video, it's bigwodee's, but it's reliable.
