Max almost nodded at that. Leo's grandmother was pretty awesome, but she was always so...well, concerned for her granddaughter. Not that it was a bad thing, hell, she did have a pretty good reason to worry, if she even had a clue of which gang Leora was in. But, still, it was kinda cute watching those two, like one of those family loving movies out there; totally classic.

"I guess that I got here just in time then?"

Pouting a little, she flashed her eyes playfully at her sister. If it was anyone else saying that, then their asses would be kicked all the way to London, but, c'mon, this was Leora! Who didn't love this chika? 'Kay, so no one but her knew who Artemis really was, but so what, she was still bloody impossible to hate...at least in her book anyway.

"SO, uh, how did you get out of it Artemis?"

Hm...good question. How did she bounce? If she 'membered it right, then Leora got away before her, yet she never really saw she speed of her bike. Oh...wait, right, probably the usual way. Leora was probably the smartest chick she'd ever known, so wasn't really that much of a surprise.

"You can get out of anything once you put your mind to it."

Heh, typical answer. Leo's acting skills were totally awesome. Artemis was the 'bad one', with the sarcasm and the mysterious 'ways', while Leo was your sweet & shy girl next door. Perfect back up, eh? Which might explain why Leo was pretty much one of her role models. But don't tell anyone, cause...well, have you seen yourself without a head?

Glancing at Ben, she suddenly found herself getting way more self control. Actually, she didn't feel like jumping any bones or kicking the S### out of a wall. Maybe all she needed was a little bit of a distraction, she grinned in delight.

"We need to see what we're doing right and what we're doing wrong in all of our races."

Ooh, goodie, Leo. Exactly those kind of things she liked to do. Back when Zane was the leader, they'd be doin exactly that for...well, 12 hours or something whenever the street turnament came up. Usually, everything went fine with the bloody A and the blessed +, but what they always needed to get a grip on was drifting. Well, some of em. Not all of em drifted, just three to two racers, easy as that. Though, two years ago, they lost against the Japanese gang called Razors in Japanese or something. Whatever. Point was; they were the ones who invented it, and this year, the stakes were probably higher than usual. According to Kea, her secret friend who used to be a member there, well, this was their last year. So, yup, it was gain all or loose all.
Not that wierd they needed to get a hang of drifing, eh? But, first, they probably needed to figure out who was doin what. Mostly everyone were gonna race the usual lap turnament and the chase-em-down-beat-em-down thingy, but three to two needed to also do some drifting. She joined as a drifter, so that left two others or hopefully more. Only current problem was; when to spill the beans?

"Sounds good, where's the tape-dude?" she asked, sitting down on the floor comfertably. The tape-dude, what's-his-name, was the one who pretty much recorded everything they did, and she ment everything, seriously. Yesterday, he tried to follow one of the rival racers into the showers...males. Hehehe, quite a funny sight. "And, any of ya guys gonna drift? Cause we're still short two. And where the hell did the rest of the gang end up?"
