Natasha had given up glancing at the door every time it opened, just in case it was her friend, so she was extremely surprised to see her younger brother sit down next to her, spilling her hot coffee in the process. "Scott! What are you doing?" Natasha leapt out of her seat as she spoke, trying to avoid getting any of the latte now dripping down the counter form landing on her brand new outfit. She had literally bought it that morning, and was still not sure if it was a keeper or a take-back...er, so it was not in her best interest to get it stained. Glaring at her obviously obtuse brother, Natasha shipped the glasses form his eyes and leaned toward him. "What is wrong with you?" She hissed. Taking her seat once more as Mrs. Inveris cleaned up the mess; Natasha smiled toward her friend’s mother and said a quick apology on her brother’s behalf, still trying to regain her composure. |
