[size=12] Aranged Chaos[/size] [size=1]Welcome to a medieval France, Wars flying left right and center hardly a safe haven in sight. But even through all the wars and despair, there was one family, one city, one family getting torn apart by the greediness of one mother, and her lust for money… Peter, William, Isabelle and Nicolas McBeth were part of the royal family, King Stephan and his wife Katelin, However, the King had been at war for may a year and most thought him dead. Katelin sunk into ‘depression’ but her children thought it just a reason for her to drink all the wine in the stone castle. Peter, 25, William, 19, Isabelle, just 17, and Nicolas, 10, each had their own lives, there own things to do; they had perfect lives as any royal child would, they had Guards and Knights assigned just to them, pledged an oath to protect them through thick and thin. The family were also close; they told each other everything and couldn’t bear to be apart for long. But that was all to change, just for the greediness of one woman. Locked up in her chambers, the Queen had been plotting, ever since the supposed death of her Husband in the war against England she had been seeking ways of getting more money. In the end she saw that the answer was staring her in the face, her children. She could marry them off to Rich Nobles…Of course not Nicolas the younger…but the three older…it was a perfect plan! But, as the queen had spent so much time in her chambers she didn’t know of her children’s lives. Peter was already wrapped up in a young woman called Eleanor, William being a dark character had no interests at all, but depended on his older brother and younger sister yet were they going to get split up? Isabelle was also wrapped up in one of her knights, John. But the Queen did not care of her children’s needs only her own. When the three oldest were told, there was much arguing and fighting that went on for days. Tears were shed on all three parts, but in the end they faced that there was nothing they could do to change it. Peter was to marry a girl called Sara, 24, who was just as apprehensive as him. William to a girl named Helena, 23, whom was intent on marrying him anyway. And Isabelle was to marry a man called Richard, 27 also. It wasn’t just the ages that put the three of them off, but each person had their faults. {Please see cannon Explanations for more detail.} Now Three months on from the marriages, each child is miserable and upset as if no time had passed. What pained them most was that they were apart, they had seen each other only 4 times since the marriages and each was not used to it. Also for Peter and Isabelle, they were putting their marriages at stake. For their old lovers were still in their site, Peters being made a Lady of his wife, and of course Isabelle’s being her knight hence travelling everywhere with her, so they now carry on their relationships behind their wife and husbands backs, not a wise choice… Each deems that nothing can be done to change it, that they are stuck like this forever. But what happens when the King is found to be alive? What happens when they are all made to travel to war where they meet with their father? Really there are just two words for England and France at the moment…[/size] [size=12] Aranged Chaos[/size] |
