Posted Image The year is 1960, and a new city has been discovered and founded. The exact location is unknown by most people, but the city begins to progress and modernize. It even goes past its time, most of the time, with new inventions and technology. Soon, by the year 2006, things are completely developed into the present time. The whole city becomes a modernized city, with practically no history of their past. They live in the present and the future, always looking up, always producing people who's goals are set high, and their standards even higher. The wealth of the place is incredible, they could probably break off and create their own country if they wanted to. Being a small city, though, it's unlikely. The city is called Pelagos, a greek word meaning "open sea." It was called this because it's settled beside an ocean, their beach. Pelagos Beach. An institute was formed there, as well. People here have an aptitude for having much greater skill than normal. Artisans, of sorts. People who are advanced in arts, like art, dance, drama, and musical talents. It's almost a breed of a skilled generation, breathing the arts, living in them. Youthful generations, who are far beyond their time in what they can master and learn to do. And that is where the institute came in. But now, in year 2006, things are changing, things are always changing. People are the same, the students always seem to grow greater skill than the generation before them, and this time, it is no acceptance. More students are being enrolled into Pelagos Institute, and the city is growing. Change is in the air, but they don't know what, yet. This city is different somehow, it seems like it never grows old, never seems to get any different. As generations come, they also go. This generation, however, is a new type, an army almost, that refuse to let their legacy pass. Art, Dance, Drama, Music - how much more can one generation do? The Open Sea can only hold so much. »» PELAGOS. |
