He also developed the first method of preventing infection during an operation. Lister Memorial Hospital strives to provide the best care for its' patients. With the most modern tools, and facilities, it has had a great impact on the medical community and research. Located in the heart of DC in Maryland, it has been known to get famous political patients - from senators to the presidents themselves. Although..not everyone here in this well-known hospital gets along. Yes, even medical doctors have their own personal issues, and drama with other co-workers themselves. Yes, many patients depend on these people. But who can these famous doctors depend on? Surely not themselves. We all need help from other people.
