- Nottingham, England. Notoriously one of the most corrupt villages in all of this great United Kingdom. The Sheriff has taken control of the village, using the brute force of his black knights to keep the poor poor and make the richer richer. Keep power in the hands of the powerful, and make sure the rest are kept squabbling for the bare necessities.
Back in the Holy Land, King Richard is ignorant of these growing corruptions. As the sherrif's pact begins to encompass more and more of the adjoining shires and villages. Slowly, one by one, towns are falling into despair - dreading the awful... that King Richard has abandonned them to the fate of their corrupt sheriffs.
But Focauldt said, the only way to overthrow power is to resist it. And for each new corrupt town, a band of do-gooders emerges. In Nottingham, Robin and his Outlaws are forced to make huge sacrifices for the good of Nottingham. The contemporary retelling of this timeless classic sees the gang face betrayal, treason and deadly decisions, in the battle to save England and its King from the evil hand of the Sheriff of Nottingham
Robin and Marian’s relationship appears to be back on track, until the Sheriff’s evil accomplice, Sir Guy of Gisbourne sets fire to Knighton Hall and seizes Marian and her father. As he battles with his heart, Robin soon discovers that he’s not only fighting the evil Sheriff but also a traitor within his own gang. When Robin is forced to dispel his once trusted comrade, the traitor aspires to become Guy of Gisbourne’s right-hand man, exposing Robin and Marian to a far greater danger.
As the war in The Holy Land intensifies and threats on King Richard’s life become critical, Marian has an ever burgeoning sense that she can achieve more as a spy inside the castle, close to Guy of Gisbourne. The gang encounter lethal Strong Rooms, chemical attacks and indestructible ‘medieval technology’ in their quest to rid Nottingham of poverty, before the tale of Robin Hood takes a deadly turn.
But Nottingham isn't the only town to fall, and Robin and his gang aren't the only band of outlaws around. When Robin's gang collides with the all-female gang led by Lady Cass, and her three accomplices, Lucy, Rosalie, and Isla the result is sure to be disastrous - but maybe just what they need to overthrow corruption. The question now is, whose side are you on? Are you prepared to STEAL FROM THE RICH?
