- <span style='font-size:7pt;line-height:100%'>1692 - Danvers, Parry, Garwin, Sims, and Pope were the five families that founded Ipswich, Massachusetts. They were also the five families to form a covenant of silence to protect their powers. Untold power, it was. So great, yet so seductive. It drove one family to be banished from the Covenant for nearly three hundred years. In Salem, the same thing was happening. A group of women, witches, out of fear for themselves and their family formed an identical type of covenant. This allowed them to survive, allowed their children to survive. But who would have ever guessed one day the Daughters of Salem and Sons of Ipswich would collide.
2006 - The lost family of the covenant returns to Ipswich, thirsting for more power. Chase Collins had dealt with a power all his life that he could not understand and could not control. It took over him, made him kill his adoptive parents and seek out his father. His real father, who then willed him his power. Feeling that he still did not have enough power, he seeked out the other sons. Caleb Danvers was close to ascending on his eighteenth birthday and Chase was going to get his power.
He didn't take into account that Caleb would fight back and eventually win. Chase, seemingly defeated, hid away for a while. But a while isn't forever. Now that the youngest Son of Ipswich is next to ascend Chase is coming out of hiding. The power used during their fight was strong enough to be sensed by the daughters in Salem. Power, that after two years, the daughters have found the source of.
2008 - The daughters have now made their way into Ipswich, seeking the sons. But that isn't the worst of their problems. Witches, werewolves, and vampires, oh my. Now, two years later, the brothers continue their struggle with their powers. They learn of a whole new world of good and evil. For as long as their covenant has existed, there have been...things, lurking through the streets of Ipswich. There is a never ending war between werewolves and vampires while the witches are left as peace keepers. How long can good fight off evil?
