It can be either %100 or 100%, although 100% is the most commonly used variation. It's the same as how in English we can have theater or theatre, both spellings are correct, but depending on where you are the popularity of each variation changes. What you're not taking into account is that the percent symbol is a mathematical symbol, not a literary one. It means "divided by one hundred," so it can either be read 100% (One-Hundred Percent) or %100 (Per One-Hundred). |
