Newbie Posts: 7 Group: Members Member #632 Joined: April 8, 2009	Hi, Keith. Got a Hobby 495UL from J G Tradingin March. Our first brand new caravan. Dawn was great but we weren't told until we'd paid for it that the hot water doesn't work off gas. You sound like the kind of person who'd know if we could do anything about that. We also discovered that without battery power we don't even get cold running water or toilet flush! See my post in the "welcome" section - "Hello from the Moray Firth"
