The A frame has a white plastic cover over it so the van cannot be any older than 1999...Form the side you poto'd, it looks like a 650..Look at the other side of the van at the front and you will find a small metal plate giving chassis number etc...At top of plate in a samll silver box you will find model number i.e. 650, 660 or whatever...look at chassi number that begins WHB about halfway along you will see the letter F, it is the letter or number to the right of this that tells you the age...w=98...X=99...Y=2000 and then from 2001 onwards it just has a number instead of a letter....1=2001....2=2002 etc..That van is right money, it's what you would expect to get if you traded it in..If you don't like it after you've got it then put in Ebay and the daft heads on there will pay £4000 plus for it
Cheers
