Hi all, Came back to caravanning last year, bought a Home-Car (Dutch) single axle (20 years old) from ebay for £1100, yes £1100. No faults, hotwater blow air heating, very well built etc. Boss not keen on touring so we have it on a friends farm near Whitby. But need something bigger with a fixed bed and more seating, so lets buy British- no chance within my price range they are all rubbish! Have looked at Hobby's and that's the way to go , so intend to buy one at the end of this year as big as possible and sell the Home-car next year. Wish me luck, any help would be great. Alan |
