Hi.
We own a 2004 635UK, bought it last year after looking for ages and have used it quite alot. (we needed a big caravan for our 2 large Akitas :D ) Apart from a few niggles, we're really pleased with it. Looking forward to getting loads of top tips for making the Hobby experience even better ;)

It's so hard to get a caravan that colour co-ordinates with the dog, don't you think????? :D

Looks like you have the ultimate in burglar alarms!!
I have a 12 year old German shepherd who is now getting very stiff in the rear end, afraid her time is running out maybe another 12 -18 months if we are really lucky. Not looking to day when we......
won't go on its too upsetting

Enjoy your van

Thanks very much.
They certainly pull people up short, even the Jehova's Witnesses leave the Watchtower in the post box outside the farm gate :) lol

Sorry to hear about the GSD, it's horrible when their back end goes :(
We had to have our GSD/Collie cross put down last month but he was 16 years old and he'd had a good innings. My wife had had him from a pup and she was devastated.

Akitas are the most stubborn, aloof, frustrating, untrainable dogs ever......but they're also the most loyal companions, they're brilliant with children in the family and make the best watch dogs. Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous breeders who will sell you a puppy with parents of a questionable temprament for £500, less than half what you'd pay for one from a proven background, and with this breed temprament is everything............ and 8 stone of Akita with a bad attitude is gonna get you noticed for all the wrong reasons!!!!
