An eerie maze of hallways and passages beneath the castle that connect all the dungeons to one another.

The Slytherin dungeon is a large space filled with skulls and the like. The high backed chairs make the Common Room quite comfortable, though the low ceiling can cause some students to feel claustrophobic. It serves as the only entrance to the Slytherin Dormitories.

The Hufflepuff dungeon is where the bubbly members of Hufflepuff House reside during their free time. Decorated in yellow, it is in no way like the Slytherin Dungeon. It serves as the only entrance to the Hufflepuff Dormitories.

Over a hundred House Elves are busy in the kitchen, struggling to prepare three meals per day for all the staff and students at Hogwarts. Located beneath the Great Hall.

Potions are held in a large dungeon, where pickled animals rest in jars along the wall. The classroom is normally cold, especially in the winter time. There is enough room for at least twenty students and any supplies that they decide to bring.

Here, three meals are prepared and served each day. Special events may be held here. There are four long tables, one for each house. Another large table rests atop a platform, where the teachers are expected to eat.

A large room that is lit up by many torches and has a ceiling so high that it's hardly visible. The big double doors off to the right lead into The Great Hall.

A long room with many mismatched dark chairs. Students are normally not permitted, giving the Staff a place where they can converse in peace.

A small, dark office where students often end up for detention.

A boring classroom that is usually empty and is rarely in use.

Includes a large courtyard as well as an array of smaller hallways and the broom cupboard. Connects the rooms on the Ground Floor.

A small, plain classroom where Muggle Studies is taught.

The large classroom where Defense Against the Dark Arts is taught.

A large room where any staff or students can go to recover from their injuries.

A large classroom where History of Magic is taught.

The corridors that connect all rooms on the first floor.

A gloomy, depressing bathroom. Myrtle, an annoying, moaning ghost, floods her bathroom from time to time. Students consider it out of order, so Myrtle rarely has visitors.

The corridors connecting all the rooms on the Second Floor.

A passage to Honeyduke's that is concealed by the statue of a humpbacked witch. Access is limited to the few who know it's whereabouts.

A large room where trophies, cups, shields, and medals are held in crystal display cases.

A small classroom where Charms is taught.

Includes the Armor Gallery and the entrance to the Hospital Wing. Connects all the rooms on the Third Floor.

A place where students come to read. Books may be taken out of the library, as well as placed on hold. The restricted section is off limits to any students that do not have a pass.

The library is located here and the walls are decorated in paintings and the like.

An extremely decorated bathroom with a tub the size of a swimming pool. Myrtle occasionally spies on the prefects as they bath. Fluffy white towels are kept in the corner.

The hallways and passages that connect the rooms on the Fifth Floor. A statue of Boris the Bewildered stands in one corridor and one of Gregory the Smarmy rests in another.

The large classroom where Ancient Runes is taught.

A small classroom where Arithmancy is taught.

A place where students' owls are kept. There are also a couple of school owls available for all to use. An open window ensures that they can fly each day.

A large classroom where Transfiguration is taught.

An array of corridors that connect all the rooms on the Sixth Floor.

This room only appears to those who are in need. When it opens, visitors will find whatever they need inside.

A warm room decorated in deep shades of red. The entrance to the Gryffindor Tower is behind a painting of the Fat Lady. Armchairs and a fireplace make the Common Room feel cozy and welcoming. Serves as the only entrance to the Gryffindor Dormitories.

A large round room where Divination is taught. Access is by means of a ladder through the ceiling from the room below.

A large tower where Astronomy is taught.

Hidden behind the statue of a Gargoyle on the seventh floor, visitors must whisper the password in order for the Gargoyle to reveal a spiral staircase that rises upwards. Most staff know the password that allows access, and even a few students have been trusted.

The Ravenclaw Tower the only Common Room where a riddle must be answered in order to enter. Home to what seems the most intelligent of the students, the decor is very neat, though blues are still placed throughout. Serves as the only entrance to the Ravenclaw Dormitories.

All of the corridors that connect the rooms on the Seventh Floor. Does not include the towers.

A cabin with a pumpkin patch behind it. CoMC is taught just outside of the small hut where the Professor resides.

A greenhouse where many plants are kept. Herbology is taught here.

The large area where Quiddich is played. Houses often face off against one another.

A valuable tree that conceals an entrance to the Shrieking Shack. Very violent, it will not hesitate to smash a student to bits.

One of the first places that a student is warned not to go near, the Forbidden Forest deserves its name. Rumors of dangerous beasts within keep most students away, though the brave and the stupid may try their luck.

Includes the lawn, the large front gate and the lake. Flying lessons take place here, as well.

A wizard only village that has been around for ages. Students are permitted to enter Hogsmeade on weekends, as long as their guardian signs a form.

Hidden from most muggles, Diagon Alley's visitors are normally magial folk. Many different entrances to Diagon Alley are available for those who know where to look. Houses many shops where students can easily find what they are looking for.

A secret platform at King's Cross Station in London. From this location, students are able to catch the Hogwarts Express train.

A prison into which wizards who violate the laws of the British wizarding world are sent. Azkaban has a reputation of evil and fear. The large presence of Dementors renders the inmates incapable of happiness and forces them to relive their worst memories.

Founded by famous wizard Healer Mungo Bonham, St. Mungo's is located in London. It was established to treat magical maladies, injuries or illnesses endemic to the Wizarding World. To enter the premises, one has to step through the window of what appears to be a derelict department store called Purge & Dowse Ltd.
