Okay, I'm done, but now I realize that I can't delete/change the title on the post. Curses!--OOC-- Name: Onora (or Nora, if you will) Age: 15 Contact Info: e-mail: kaywahh@gmail.com AIM: madamehonaybabay or there's always PM ;D --IC-- Character Name: Victoire Weasley Nickname(s): Vicky, or Vick (although her mother disproves of said nickname) Age: 22 Former House: Hufflepuff Blood: She's pure, but her great grandmother was a veela. I think that makes her... a quarter veela? An eighth? something like that ![]() Sexual Orientation: Straight Physical Description: Victoire has inherited her mother's flowing platinum blonde hair. She has the round face of a Weasley, though, and, if one looks close enough, they may even see light freckles sprinkled across her nose. The Veela blood that runs through her veins is evident in her grace and startling blue eyes. A smile is frequently upon her pink lips, and the sound of her voice is soft. Her stature is petite; Victoire is only 5'3'', and she is frail. Because of her recently spending a few years in France, Victoire has acquired a French accent that sometimes pounces onto her, and other times is absent. Brief History: Born after the last battle between You-Know-Who and Harry Potter, Victoire's name is similar to victory for a reason. After the death of Remus and Nymphadora Lupin, Bill and Fleur Weasley saw just how lucky they were to be alive to see their daughter grow up. As such, they taught her to enjoy life, live it to the fullest. Upon the age of nine, Victoire and Fleur left England to visit France, where they lived for two years until Victoire recieved her Hogwarts letter. Her time at Hogwarts had been average. Her closest friend became Teddy Lupin, and the pair became inseperable. As she grew into a young woman, Victoire found herself feeling like Teddy was something more than a friend, but she kept quiet, her largest fear being rejection. Upon leaving Hogwarts, she was torn between her father, who wanted Victoire to become an Auror, and her mother, who wanted Victoire to pursue a career that would be safer. She left for France for three years before beginning to miss her friends and family once more. Victoire remains at the home of her parents, still unable to decide what she wants with her life. Personality: Victoire laughs frequently, and it isn't hard to make her smile. Rarely does she feel uncomfortable, and her loyalty is easy to gain. While some may say that she is naive, even foolish, Victoire thinks herself an opitimist. Unlike her mother, she is not vain in the least, and even has insecurities that she manages to hide. While Victoire is not brave, she is also no coward; at the time when courage is needed most, though, it is hard for her to find. The persona of Fleur Delacour is evident in Victoire's jealousy, which is venemous. Strengths: Charms Languages (she knows at least four) Musical instruments; particularly piano Socializing Victoire's primary spell in battle is Stupefy. She has mastered said spell so that its power is abnormally strong. Weaknesses: Cooking Victoire often thinks that she is not as strong as she should be She is easily bruised; both emotionally and physically. Because of her small size, Victoire is at a disadvantage in most life-threatening situations. Likes: Spending time with friends Cooking (even though she's bad at it) Reading Muggle literature; she finds it fascinating Being in the spot-light Victoire is a people-pleaser; she likes to make people happy Dislikes Uncomfortable situations People pointing out her flaws People pointing out the flaws of others Role Play Sample: Victoire stood in the room of the inn she was staying in, staring at the fireplace with finality. This was it. Her eyes fanned downward so they latched onto the green powder in her hand. She still had time to put it back in the dish beside the hearth, Victoire thought to herself. But no. She had to return home eventually. Her blue eyes were staring at the flames as if they were an enemy, and Victoire took a deep breath before casting the Floo Powder into the fire angrily, almost as if it had done something to offend her. New, flourescent green flames shot up, beckoning her, ridiculing her. Trying to rid herself of all thought, Victoire took a deep breath and stepped into the flames. "Shell Cottage," said the young woman, careful not to inhale lest her mouth be filled with ash. And then she was spinning. Spinning round and round till she felt sick. Suddenly, the familiar sight of a wooden kitchen table caught her eye, and Victoire thrust herself out of the flames, falling on the ground rather ungracefully and taking a deep breath of air. "Bill!" called a familiar voice. "Bill, where are you? Someone ees 'ere, Bill!" And then her mother ran into the kitchen, her blonde hair streaking out behind her. Victoire could see a few elegant gray strands in that hair, now. "Victoire!" exclaimed Fleur Weasley, rushing forward to help her daughter up. "Where 'ave you been? Your fazzer and I 'ave been so 'ery worried, Victoire! Why did you leave wizout telling us, Victoire?" With a sigh, Victoire Weasley realized she was home. How did you find out about this site?
