Reinigen Institute, like many boarding schools, educate students from all over the world. You could be from California, US yet your roommate could be from somewhere totally far away like London, England. You never know just where everyone is from. Asia, Europe, Australia, South America, North America, Africa. Heck. If anyone lived in Antartica, there would most likely be students in Reinigen from there as well.

Adolescents from everywhere are sent here with different reasons which probably makes Reinigen quite unique, don't you think?

You could stop in the hall and talk to a random student. Just ask them one question and it isn't likely that you'd hear the exact same thing. "Say, why are you here?" Someone can casually ask and they'd recieve a possibility of over a hundred different answers.

"My parents were suffocating me. I needed to get out and this seemed like a perfect oppurtinity. They didn't want to let me go, but I begged and how could parents resist their own children?" A student would answer then walk off.

Soon a kid stops and looks at you, thinking their answer over for a bit before grinning. "I don't remember why I was sent here. I really don't care anymore. Reinigen is the one place I don't want to leave."

"I messed up. The folks finally blew their top. We got a letter from this place and I was here by the week after. It isn't so bad, though. I have more fun here than I ever did." Another replies with an uncaring glance.

"You know how some parents are. They don't want to bother with having some kid bothering them everyday..." Someone else volunteers with an indifferent shrug.

From down the hall you hear some kid yelling about how this place sucked or how they couldn't wait for the semester to finish. Perhaps not everyone wanted to be here, but that can't be helped.

So many different stories, so many different reasons. Some hate it here, yet others wouldn't be anywhere else. What about you?

How'd your story begin & where will you end up?
