The village of Hogsmeade is the only entirely wizarding village in Britain. Founded around same time as Hogwarts, it has been frequented by Hogwarts students since its creation. A picturesque village containing numerous shops to delight every taste.

Tapping just the right brick in the wall behind the Leaky Cauldron in London ("Three up...two across...") will reveal an archway which is a portal into Diagon Alley, a long cobbled street where is to be found a strange and exciting assortment of shops and restaurants. It is unquestionably the hub of commerce in the British wizarding world, with virtually every wizarding business stationed there. Consequently, the demand for space here is steep, and rent costs "loads of Galleons".

Just around the corner from Diagon Alley lies a dark, twisting alleyway devoted to the Dark Arts: Knockturn Alley. Not only are the wares sold their a bit dodgy, but the wizards hanging around behave fairly suspiciously as well. From the shops and the street vendors one can purchase, among other things, shrunken heads, poisonous candles, human-looking fingernails, and Flesh-Eating Slug Repellent.

Busy with action, the headquarters of the Daily Prophet newspaper is buzzing with information. Here you can order your subscription, place a classified ad, or write for the editorial section.

Here you can get to know the real people behind the characters. Talk about whatever tickles your fancy, but please keep drama to a minimum :)
