![]() A poll this summer on this message board indicated that several people would consider becoming a part of the talent database at a reduced price, with conditions. Now's the time to take advantage of that possibility. However, you only have from now until the end of September to do it. Those who hesitate go uncredited! An HTG producer (player) who is a part of the tdb can have his (goin' neutral again, Magic, haha) Talent Score go up or down, just like the real actors/actresses. The higher your TS, the more you are worth to the studios. The normal Be a Star! rules start you out at 0.500. For this junior opportunity, though, your TS will be just 0.005. (This is the one exception for scores below 0.500.) Granted, that's not a lot. But... You can take advantage of this month-long offer by sending a deal to htgstore for just $30 million (with an appropriate subject so I know what it's for). That's less than a third of the price of the full deal! Oh, don't worry. If you still want to spend the $100 mil for the 0.500, you can at any time. More conditions. Sorry... To do this, you must appear in three projects in co-starring roles as your first three jobs. This co-starring role is either at least 8 episodes of an HTGTV series (beginning with the next season) or in slot 2, 3 or 4 of a film. Once those three projects are done, you can star in or support in whatever your heart desires. That means no top slot in a movie or anything below the top 4. Why? It's paying your dues. Homer did it; so can you. (Okay, maybe not Homer. :)) I've done some math (to make sure the balancing isn't terribly off) and it shouldn't take you long to be up there with the big boys. I think that's it. If you have any questions, put 'em below. Good luck and have fun!

No, that's for this offer. The regular BaS! offer's conditions are unchanged. See the hightlighted link above for how that normally works. |
