For anyone who wants details on my trip, well... here it is! lol

Saturday
We left Grand Junction during a monsterous thunderstorm - not fun. Since it was storming, Jessi decided to drive until we got to Glenwood Springs (one of my favorite Colorado towns and also the town I named Glennwood after - which is now Dragon's Glen) unfortunately, the exit to get back onto the interstate was closed so we wound up lost, driving all the way through little Glenwood until we were able to find our way back to I-70. After Glenwood, Jessi decided to let me drive. Now, I know I promised that if I was to do a good job driving her standard Honda Accord, I'd go to the cybercafe... well, since none of you have heard from me all week, its a clear sign that, well... I didn't do so well. I nearly killed us just getting the car to move and all up and over the mountains, Jessi had to shift for me. XD lol Anyways, near Silverthorne we nearly hit an Elk, that was sort of exciting and rather terrifying. o.O lol We pulled over in Idaho Springs so that she could drive and well, I got us lost there too. >.< lol So we switched, found our way back to the Interstate and were in West Minister (suburb of Denver) at 9:00pm. Then we procceded to get rather drunk. I was so drunk, that I wound up lighting the wrong end of my cigarette. >.<

Sunday
Surprisingly, I wasn't as hung over as I thought I was going to be, just a bad taste in my mouth was all - Jessi took this as a sign that I should drink more the next night, or so she said before we went off to her work related soccer game (unforuntely, she lost). Anyways, we went and saw Star Wars Episode III and OH MY F*CKING GOD! THAT WAS A F*CKING RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE! I cried! I cried really hard! lol Then we popped into the cybercafe and instead of getting online like I promised, I got sucked in to playing a Halo LAN game with some little boys that kicked mine and Jessi's ASSES. After that, we grabbed some pizza, went home, and got drunk again. (btw, we were getting drunk off of Malibu Rum, Vanilla Vodka, and Smirinoff Twisters... or something like that.)

Monday
Since Jessi worked this day, I thought I'd work on my artwork buuuut I was WAY too hung over to do anything. >.< My head was throbbing and I wound up sleeping most of the day. lol Anyways, nothing major, we went back to the cybercafe to play some more Halo, came home, and then got wasted again.

Tuesday
This day, I didn't wake up with a hang over and that was good. When Jessi came home from work we went out to find a Buy One, Get One Free ticket for 6 Flags - we found one at Wendy's. To kill time, we went to the Colorado Mills mall - it took us TWO HOURS to walk around it. lol I got my parent's their aniversary present and then we went home. At home, we got a little wasted - just a few Smirinoff beers and some Benedryl - we didn't want to go to 6 Flags hung over.

Wednesday
We woke up around 9:30 so we could get to the park earlier but before we left, I had a realization. Jessi doesn't have cable so I was watching Mister Rogers Neighborhood on PBS. How many of you remember King Friday? I did as soon as I saw him, he had asked all his subjects to make a picture of him and all I could think about was how come the 'people' were still being lead by this self-obsorbed King? I must be getting old... Anyways, we got to Elich Gardens - 6 Flags as soon as it opened. I wasn't aware that you could smoke in the park so I left my smokes in the car while we went in. Here's the rides we went on and my feelings for them:

The Mind Eraser 6 Flags biggest roller coaster and the biggest one I've been on yet. You sit in a harness while your feet dangle as you're thrown through several cork screws and loops - I didn't scream nearly as much as I did the first time we went on it. lol
The Batwing Just a simple swing ride made up to look like the Batwing. Nice and relaxing.
The Tower of Doom Okay people, I'm deathly afraid of heights and Jessica somehow managed to talk me into going on the Tower of Doom. This is one of those rides where you're harnessed in then slowly pulled straight up for 12 f*cking stories. They let you wait for about 10 seconds and then drop you STRAIGHT down. ... I screamed like a baby the entire way down... >.<
The Boomerang This was the first roller coaster I've ever been on that went backwards through several loops and cork screws. I'll tell you, that's a different expierence. o.O Yes, I screamed like the little girl I am, but its now one of my favorites.
The Half-Pipe Honestly, this was my least favorite ride. They stick you on this skateboard looking thing on these harnesses that spin around and you go up and down this U shapped track. I couldn't even open my eyes. >.< lol
The Log Ride One of my favorites. Its a small track and you're on this log like cart thing. You go up, you go around, and then you splash down into a giant pool. After we got soaked from the pool, we went up onto the bridge where we got hit from the wave of the next log. We were DRENCHED. XD
The Raft Ride A nice relaxing raft ride that gets you soaked - its one of my favorites. Though the best part about this trip was riding with these four other preppy people and listening to their squeals as they got soaked. XD
The Serpent This ride... is evil. After you walk up 13 f*cking flights of stairs, you're on the highest roller coaster in the entire part. You're zipped through the entire park at this height throuhg several loops and then you do it backwards and are expected to walk back down 13 flights of stairs. As babyish as it sounds, I pulled muscles in both legs running up and down those stairs. >.< (*is SO FREAKING SORE*)
The Flying Coaster On this roller coaster, instead of being hung or sitting, you're laying down. I thought it was going to be horrible, but I kept thinking to myself, "Come on now, Amy... think. It's probably no different than flying a dragon or something..." Needless to say, the only screaming I did was in fun. *winks*

Before going to the water park, we went out to the car and I got my BADLY needed cigarette. After we came back, we hot footed it to the water to cool off.

The Tubes A nice, relaxing tube ride. You sit in an innertube and go through this slow moving course. I could've fallen asleep on that one. XD lol
The Wave Pool I've never been in a wave pool before... so I inhaled/swallowed a lung full of water before I realized how you swim in one of those damn things. But it was actually rather nice. lol
The Slide This is the fastest going one person water slide I've ever gone down. I went down the one that curls over and over and over... hehe... Tell you this, that's the first time my BODY has ever hydroplaned before. o.O lol

After that we went back on the tube ride and then decided to go home since I was starting to burn (through SPF 50 sunscreen o.O) and Jessi was already burnt. We tried to watch a movie but wound up falling asleep. We were woken up by a phone call from Jessi's friend Michelle and she came over with a TON of alcohol. (White wine, Vanilla White Russians - personal favorite - and some more Smirinoff Twisters. We then proceeded to play a rather hilarious drinking game. By the time the alcohol was gone, I had had Four Twister beers, a glass of wine, two White Russians, and 2 shots of Vanilla Vodka. We then decided to call everyone we knew while being extremely intoxicated (btw, Jessi wound up calling April and we accidently got Gloria... this was at like.. urm... Midnight... ITS JESSICA'S FAULT APRIL! And I ALMOST called Will... but I wasn't sure if I'd wake up anyone... hehe) - this is known as Drunk Dialing. lol Needless to say, by the time Michelle left - I had passed out. >.< lol

Thursday
I woke up at 9:00am, Jessi was already at work so I got up and took a shower then somehow fell back asleep again. I sort of wish I hadn't because when I woke up again, the hang over hit. >.< I felt as if my brain was caving in on itself. lol What GREAT fun! (This is why I didn't get any artwork done, I was too hung over to draw anything. lol) When Jessi came home from work, we hot footed it back over to her work to rent a car for the drive home on Friday. For $10 a day, we figured it was a small price to pay to go back home in STYLE. We left John Elway Mazada/Hyndai with a brand SPANKING NEW 2005 Hyndai Tuscan. (A little SUV looking thing, its a little smaller than my Jeep Cherokee) After that, we gased our new play toy up and headed over to a Tattoo/Piercing Parlor called Divine Designs (such a fitting place for me to do something evil, no? Muahaha... lol) Once there, I met Jessica's friend named Moses and for $25 he pierced my left eyebrow. For all of you who don't think I went through with it, when the swelling and brusing goes down, I'll give you a picture! lol It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would... Just a little worse than getting your ears pierced. Honestly, my little tattoo hurt worse than piercing my eyebrow. After chatting and playing around with Moses, we headed home. Now this is completely true and rather hilarious. We were driving back home when I looked out the window at this cloud formation. Something deep inside of on mind struck 'That's not right...' I thought on it as I looked at the cloud and I turned to Jessi and said, "You know, I think those are the kinds of clouds that form Tornados... they're called bulk heads... storm heads... thunder heads... something like that." She arched her eyebrow as she looked to me and said, "You watch too much Discovery Channel dude... There's no way a tornado can form here. Its too high and we're too close to the mountains." I shrugged and we went home. NO MORE than fifteen minutes later, a Tornado Warning was issued for Adams County - OUR county. So HA! There's NO such thing as too much Discovery Channel! Muahahaha! This was, unfortunuately, the only night I've been sober this week - we didn't want to drive across the Rockies hung over.

Friday
Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep. >.< But that didn't stop me! Muahaha! Jessi drove from West Minister to Aurora (two suburbs of Denver) and then I took over. I drove our BEAUTIFUL little car from Aurora to my house... (A trip of roughly 250 miles or 4 hours) MY GOD WAS IT WONDERFUL! lol Powerful AC, V6 engine, beautiful stereo system... It was a drrreeeeaaam come true. I WANT ONE DAMN IT! lol We left around 6:00am and got here at 10:00am. After I got home and said goobye to Jessi, I hung out with my family since they missed me. I don't think my Grandmother has noticed the new addition to my face, if she has, she hasn't said anything. My mom loves it, my dad said it was disgusting - but I expected this. lol Though, I think the one person that missed me the most was Wicket, my Chihuahua/Dachsund. The poor little dog hasn't left my side since I got home - my mom even said he acted all forlorn and depressed while I was gone. The poor bebe...

So there's my trip guys and I'm so FREAKING sore and tired... lol Anyways, though I didn't get any artwork done in Denver, I did start writing a story that I hope will become a novel. Its actually not about Shasea but a world I made up 100% myself including races I made 100% myself. Though... the main character's name is Xanthe (Xanthea hehe) and she'll have the same personality as OUR Zanthia. I just can't get rid of my main character. o.O hehe

Now, I'm going to see if I can post for Abbey or not... GLAD TO BE BACK!

So the years rolled by and several died and left us somewhat reelin’. Johnny strummed his tommy gun, left blastin’ through the ceiling. So what became of the rebels, who sang for you and me? Grapplin’ with their demons in the search of liberty. Suffers who suffer all can swim upon the desert, where Avarice have ravaged all, in spite of good intentions. Don’t fill your mouth with Gluttony, for Pride will surely swell, but nothing’s unforgiven in the four corners of Hell. Envy and its evil twin, it crept in bed with slander. Idiots, they gave advice, but Sloth it gave no answer. Anger kills the human soul with bitter tales of Lust, while Pavlov’s Dogs keep chewin’ on the legs they never trust. But it’s the only life we know, blagards to the bone. So don’t wreck yourself, take an honest grip, for there’s more tales beyond the shore. Sail away where no ball and chain can keep us from the roarin’ waves, together undivided but forever we’ll be free. So sail away aboard our rig, the moon is full and so are we, we’re Seven Drunken Pirates, we’re the Seven Deadly Sins.
