Welcome to the UTAforum!

UTAU is a Japanese voice-synthesis program used to create singing vocals for music. It is much like the more popular, commercially sold Vocaloid products, but UTAU is freeware!

Please look at the system requirements before downloading. MMD and PMD are complex programs and need up-to-date .NET and DirectX software to help them run.

This thread will be updated as new versions of the below software become available for download.

---------------

System Requirements

• Windows XP or later
• System locale set to Japanese
• East Asian Language Packs installed
• A decent, 3D-capable graphics card
• The latest version of DirectX from Microsoft
• The .NET framework from Microsoft
