Now that I finally got my model trouble solved, I have a new problem. The textures on the Silver Spoon City stage won't show. I've tried a few things: re-extracting the files while running WinRAR under AppLocale, Running MMD under AppLocale, and per suggestion, renaming the file folder to something in English. I have MMD 7.25, so it shouldn't be graphics. It also has not told me my graphics card is insufficient (something that a few people have said happened to them). *Cries* Why can't I get PMD or MMD to work the way I want them to? Here's a picture of what happened to the lovely city map. You can click the picture to make it bigger.

If it's in a file then Have you extracted the whole file or just parts of it? Maybe you have to rename each one. Since AppLocale does so many weird things to Japanese encoded files and stuff... Maybe try running your computer in Japanese settings and see if that works. If all else fails.... Trying repairing/ Redownloading MMD |

I tried it in a full Japanese Locale to extract it. It seems that was the problem...Applocale was labeling many Hiragana and Katakana as Kanji! No wonder I couldn't read Defoko's name. Anyways, the textures are showing now. I wanted to ask one more thing, through. How do you get rid of the white grid? (Once again, you can click it to make it bigger)

Haha. Okay go to the fourth tab that says "View (V)". Then where it says "Display Coordinate Grid Axis" I believe? Or somewhere along the lines, it has a check next to it. Click "Display Coordinate Grid Axis" and the grid will go away. Hope that helped. |
