I'm not so good with art, myself. It's just a release for me.

Also, I'm not sure what Oto.ini is, but.. It didn't really help my problem. D:

The sounds are still kinda weird sounding.

I'm working on the Higurashi theme, currently.

I'm gonna try and record what it's doing and show it to you.

Well oto.ini help make your notes sound more flowing together when they are grouped together. So it doesn't sound very choppy and strong breaths like say "Aishiteru"
Without oto it sounds like " A(bold) I (bold) Shi (the 's' sound engulping the 'hi') Te (Te sounds very exaggerated) and Ru may sound horrible. All very choppy.
With oto it sounds fluid so it sounds like " aishiteru" and very flowed together.
I would post examples when I can.

But oto does not effect the sound quality of the voice, nor the pitch or octave. Theres a separate thing for that called Flags.

Eh? Flags? Like.. a section on the forum? Or what?

I've never had to worry about this. My first few projects worked just fine.

Haha. Don't need to stress about it.

Flags are a thing in UTAU that effects your gurgles, pitch, Vibration of voice, etc.etc.

But before we get into a whole mess, what is wrong with your VB that you're having problems with?

Well, nothing is *wrong* with it.. I play each sound and they come out fine. But sometimes when they play in the UST file in Utau, they get scratchy, and loud.
