Romaji Voicebanks? Please? Looking for Shion Yowa and Amane Luna; Can't translate or find Shion or Luna in romaji.

I tried translating Shion Yowa AND Luna Amane into romaji, but I failed terribly. I deleted some of the sounds, and translated others wrong.

I can't use Hiragana, my computer jiggs out. Aliases never work, either. I can't find a download to the romaji voicebank, either.

Hiragana if you could be so kind to translate it ^_^ :
Amane Luna: http://utau.wikia.com/wiki/Luna_Amane
Shion Yowa: http://utau.wikia.com/wiki/Yowa_Shion

And if you have any other romaji banks, I'd love to have them. I have Teto and Defoko, but since my computer crashed I can't find Momo again :-/

THANK YOU!

Shion Yowa's TOS forbids rehosting(eg. reuploading the VB to 4shared, Mediafire, etc.). But I'm here to help out in manual conversion. First tip: try to find your WinXP/Vista installer CD. If you just cannot find it, then do this:
1. Download 7zip, because it allows direct renaming and it keeps the aiueo order even in mojibake.
2. Convert the CVs( the .wavs with shorter names, except for the full romanji ones) in this order:
Spoiler: click to toggle

Do the same with the .frqs( leaving the _wav part in the file).
3. Open the oto.ini, and convert the file paths ( something.wav) as the same way as the files.
4. There's a folder in Yowa's VB. It contains the VCVs. If you don't need them, just don't extract it.
If you're finished, you can convert Luna and Momo.

Thank you, but that's a bit too complicated for me. I'll try it, but I doubt I will get it to work.

And Waggsy: if you find breath sounds named in hiragana, rename it to Bs. So, listen in your files if you aren't sure in it.

The names are messed up, my computer can't handle the names, so it switches them to odd names like "é-"
And I can't switch my computer to Japanese, because it won't work.
So I'm having a hard time translating Orz

@Waggsy 7zip keeps hiragana order even if the filenames are messed up. Just follow my instructions.
