To be honest, you probably want to get someone else to draw it for you. You have an interesting concept, but your delivery is... Pretty bad, to be perfectly honest.

Ah well, the wings a little better ouo; I guess you took a look at some of those tutorials I have ya?

your style is kind of, cutesy and chibi, and not serious as I think you think it is. I'd say either go for a more chibi-ish style, or try for a more realistic. Also, in both your last topic and this one, you used the same generic pose, with a straight forward angle and such. Lastly, your lineart still has that "sketchy" look. If you draw on paper with a pencil, I suggest making lineart with a pen. If you do it on the computer, then you should never leave it as sketchy. Makes it look unfinished.

But uhm, I'll do art for you if you want :v
