I thought this would be an interesting idea, give you the description of the eggs (again) and then have you guys guess the colors of the dragonets within. When they hatch, anyone who was right will get a prize! I won't tell you if you're right or wrong until then, though!!! so.... While all eggs are mottled, as they grow harder, and come closer to their hatching date, the underlying colors that the mother dragon and those with a practiced eye see the whole time become more clear to everyone else. Meaning, they look mottld at first, but if you look, really look, you will see the true color of the egg. Egg color (true egg color):: Ice egg: This egg is a frosted-looking pure white. It is some what sparkly, more of a shimmer really, and it is on the very small side. Mossy egg: a mixture of olivey greens, forest greens, and white. A middling egg with a dull look to it, it has a few bumps on the bottom and left side. Gold egg: obviously it is a queen egg, but is it really a gold's egg? It is pure brassy gold and smooth, and shines. Large, and perfect in appearance, it glows brightly when the sun's rays hit its surface. Frostbite egg: it is a cold-looking icey blue mixed with teal colors and frosty white. Very tiny, it hardly takes up any space at all. its surface is a glimmering lustrous color. Question egg: anything at all could be in this egg, its a big question. it is a perfect creme color, smooth and barely mottled at all; it is also very large and somewhat shiney, but at is also harder than other eggs. Earthen egg: a rosey, warm, pale brown egg with a few small bumps on its surface near the top right. Bronze egg: this egg is a faded brassy color, with a ring around the top in a darker brown and a splotch of a white-ish tone in the center of the ring. it is on the large side, and is shimmery liike the gold egg. Ruddy egg: A shining, red-violet egg with flashes of ruddy-brown, red, purple, and even grey on its surface. it is somewhat slippery to the touch. Sea Floor egg: a pale, watery yelowy-greenish-bluish shade that looks exactly like looking at the surface from underwater. there are spots the color of sand near the bottom and this egg is on the middling size. Desert egg: A dusty greyish brown egg similar to the earthen egg, but somewhat darker and more mottled. It is smallish. Soil egg: a dark, chocolatey brown egg in a rich shade with swirls/rings of dark and light brown. Large-ish egg with a matte appearance. Azure egg: a deep azure color, shimmering purple meets cerulean and dark indigo-blues. this egg is large-ish and somewhat shiney. Dusky egg: a peachy egg with splotches of blurred greys and other dull shades. It is a large egg with a strong presence. Starry Night egg: the surface of this egg really looks like the night sky filled with a swatch of stars and spots of golden-yellow light and grey, mist-like trails following what looks like a shooting star across the perfectly smooth surface of the egg. it is a very small egg, and it is thick-shelled. Fushia egg: a deep, pink-red-violet mix that is both bright and very dark at the same time. A middling sized egg. Marbled egg: the surface of this egg is marbled, patches of black and grey intersected by bits of greenish or yellow or rosey-red or even blue, usually white. the colors are mixed up roughly, seperate but overlapping and messy. it is smallish. Pearly egg: a luminescent, super-smooth-looking egg that practically glows. it is lustrous, a pearly color of a bright and pure white, soft yellow and rose, grey and blue and purples blurred with a strange light... it is a small egg. Blackness egg: a dark egg, it is black in base with sprinkles of grey and white. It is small-ish and slightly of an oval shape, and it has shiny spots near the top. Flower egg: a lighter, softer color is on this egg, similar to that of the fushia egg, but not as dark or harsh. this egg is pink, magenta even, with a patch of blurred purple near the front bottom. Chocolate egg: it doesn't really look like chocolate, or at least, not one identifiable kind. it is more like a half-blurred mix of the colors of all kinds of chocolate together, speckled in s ome spots with more brown or even greenish colors Rose egg: this egg is a melon-rose color, a dark muddy salmon shade of pink. it is a mid-sized egg. Grassy egg: a clear, crisp green egg, rough in texture and looking like the best grass-color in the world, this egg is on the smaller side, but it is not the smallest. Fire egg: a dark, but pure, red color is this egg, ringed with darker bands of maroon, the egg i sdark and mysterious-looking, but warm and somewhat slippery. Evening egg: from differen angles this egg looks different, from some the pure darkness of this egg is its true deep, deep, dark-as-night red, like a summer evening when the sun's gone down but traces of its fiery color still touch the horizon. Petals egg: a pale, bright pink egg whose surface is marred on one side by a grey blured stripe down the middle. Storm egg: this egg is dark blue and grey with touches of black and sprinklings of a paler grey and light blue and white. it is a larger egg. Lake egg: a deep, bright, mesmerizing shade of teal-blue, it is somewhat dark, but a pure color with the only interruption to its color being the dark swath at the bottom. Speckled egg: once again the name is misleading, for the egg's surface does not at first looked speckled: on close examination you can see the black egg has markings in a dark grey-blue all over. Wind egg: it's surface in base is pure white with only a bit of ice-blue mixed in in a few spots. on otp of that, though, this egg is stunning because of its complicated entwined criss-crossing lines in a cerulean blue.
