The Cybernations international environment is a very fragile and volatile stage governed by a few specific and numerous undefined rules and protocols. Seemingly harmless actions and words can be interpreted in entirely unexpected manners and have grave consequences.
This guide is meant to help you avoid some of the major hurdles.
Please always remember that while you fly the colors of The Ivory Horn, all your actions are reflected on the entire alliance.

*War
As stated by the Charter of The Ivory Horn, member nations are not allowed to start wars or conduct spy operations unless so authorized by the Ministry of Defense.

If a you have been attacked please report to the Ministry of Defense to receive the appropriate instructions. Do not counterattack unless instructed to do so.

*Aid
Members of The Ivory Horn are free to send and receive aid from/to any nation as long as the given nation, or the alliance the nation belongs to, is not engaged in any war.

Before aiding a nation always check their war screen to make sure they are not at war.

Sometimes member nations of alliances that are at war might not be directly involved in a war because they are in peace mode (or some other circumstance).
For this reason you should always check the Current Wars thread in the Ministry of Intelligence to make sure that a particular nation's alliance is not engaged in a conflict and is therefore not on the No Aid list.

Aiding or receiving aid from a nation (or member of an alliance) at war is considered to be an act of war against its enemies and is forbidden by The Ivory Horn

*Trade
Members of The Ivory Horn are free to trade with any nation from any team color.
(Keep in mind that trading with your own color nations gives you a happiness/income bonus)

*Communication
All communications with foreign nations should be polite and non-threatening. Threats, insults and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated.

*Posting on the CN Forums
Keep in mind that your posts on the cybernations boards are representative of your alliance therefore, always project an image of maturity and politeness.

You are entitled to your own opinions however always remember that you are a member of a neutral alliance and as such are not supposed to publicly endorse any faction or alliance.

The Ivory Horn is ultimately responsible for the actions of its members and as such, all members have the responsibility to behave in a way that is fitting and representative of The Ivory Horn.
