Appearance:
Fate's apperance is that of a lanky 18 year old being 170 centimeters tall he is nothing out of the ordinary. His Hair is a light brown in colour and it hangs down to just below his eye. His hair is quite long and this gives the apperance of it being quite messy. Fates eyes are quite distinct as he has Heterochromia (Two diffrent eye colours) giving him one blue eye and one green eye.

Fate has very simple outfit consisting of a white colourd loose fitting long sleeved shirt with the sleeves rooled up to the elbows as well as a pair of baggy pants. he also has a pair of shoes that match the up with the colour of his shirt. his final pice of attier is a pair of fingerless gloves.


  • Clothing:
    Fate has a simple outfit cnsisting of a white shirt with log sleeves as well as a pair of loose fitting black pants that hang loosly around his waist. he also has a pair of white shoose that appear to be slightly to big for him

    The only other pice of clothing that he has is a pair of fingerless gloves that conform to the shape of his hand

--Personality & History--

Personality:

Fate while initially appearing quite timid is in fact a very calm person who likes takes his time before making any decision choosing to weigh the options carefully before making his chose however if the situation requires immediate action he will make a snap decision that may put himself in considerable risk. He is incredibly loyal to his friends and would do almost any thing to help them his friendship is hard earned however as he feel that friendship and respect is earned through ones actions rather than opinions formed based on immediate interactions with a person.

Fate is a believer of enjoying the simple things in life and therefore will take the time to enjoy the world around him this quite often ends with him losing his way due to him loosing focus on where he's been this often causes him to end up in a dangerous situations. Not wanting to lead people into dangerous situations through his absent mindedness he tents to travel alone.

History:

Fate dose not know much about his past the earliest that he can recall is when he came to in a strangers bed unfortunately they didn't know who he was only that they found him in a field not to far from there house. Fate went to see where the stranger had found him to see if he could find any clues about his past after many hours of searching he finally accepted that there where no clues to be found so he returned to the stranger house only to find him dead. Fate knew responsible for what happened to the stranger he couldn't explain how he knew all he knew was that it was his fault.

Fate had decided to search for anybody who could tell him of his past traveling from one place to the next looking for answers however nobody could tell him of his past as he traveled he came across a man after questioning him to try and learn about his past the man said it was Fate that he had lost his memory after which he asked for Fates name after a moments hesitation he decided that if fate wanted him to lose his memories then he would take it as his name so that he could forge his own fate.

After the long search to find out about his past Fate finally decided that if someone did know who he was he wasn't going to find them and that he should just start over and try to make the best of a bad situation and use this opportunity to make a new life for himself. Filled with a new sense of purpose he decided to make as big an impact on the world as possible nobody knew him before he lost his memory but he decided too make everybody remember the new him.

This allows the person to use Fire magic. This is also known as that the character has the ability to use Black Magic, however this restricts them to using only a certain elemental magic. Having this trait means the user cannot acquire the Black, White or Red Magic. This can be acquired again for another element, however those elements can not gain Elemental Proficiency (Element) Trait.


Skilled (Stamina) - 1 Trait Point
The person is skilled in (stat) and for every 6 stat points they have in (stat) they gain 1 extra stat. This bonus caps at +5, when you have 30 in the stat.

- your tech, i find that since you are only shooting a single ball of fire that the duration should only be 1 he whole way through unless you are supposed to shoot more, if so please put that in the tech's description.

-points, please be aware that you have extra stat and Tech slots/TP left, although you sony have to use them all at once take into consideration that you have more to use.

I don't see anything wrong really. The only thing I see is that you have extra tp to spend. If you want you can choose 2 traits that take 1 tp each, or 1 trait that costs 2 tp.

Other then that, this looks like a balanced app. ^^

For range on the second tech, just stick melee or close.

I would suggest a ranking graph for it to help you as you rank up on the power of the tech, but other then that, the second tech looks good. ^^

I believe you have missed something out here, please edit it accordingly.

Also, I am happy with Flaming Punch having an increased duration at medium-high ranks.
