Try refreshing your browser. The review is there; it's been the lead feature on H!O for more than 24 hours.

EDIT: I was replying to a post that was deleted.

Well, that review's about what I expected...I'm as excited as ever, extras don't really thrill me, so long as the movie is well-represented and it will be great to watch Final Wars at will after waiting five months since last viewing.

I'm so excited! The movie sounds great, I can't wait until I get to see a new G movie that has Mothra in it! ^_^

Well, I just picked up an import 4 disc special edition that includes the soundtrack, along with tons of bonus features like a 50th anniversary history of Godzilla documentary, footage of Goji getting his star on the walk of fame which includes the entire speech made by Shogo Tomiyama, making of documentaries, footage from the L.A. premere and tons of trailers. The only problem is ofcourse is that aside from Tomiyama's speech everything is in Japanese. But the film itself has subtitles though and is in widescreen format with excellent picture quality too. And like some of you may or may not have heard, the deleted scenes are in the end credits, by the way EM, Mothra does survive her kamakaze attack on Gigan! It shows the Shobijin smiling as Mothra returns to Infant Island with a beautiful sunset in the background. I don't know if we will see these scenes in the U.S. release considering that the Sony Goji dvds are notorious for not having end credits in the more traditional sense.

I hope we see those scenes in the US release. In Tokyo S.O.S. we got to see the scenes of Godzilla and MG drowning at the end, I do believe that the credits are not tampered with.

I for one would sure as hell prefer to see the scene where Mothra survives. Mothra flaming out in my copy of GFW(reg 2 orig. Japanese version) absolutely stinks in what is otherwise,IMO, a good final battle.

I think Mothra should survive, and I'd prefer to have that scene in the movie as well. For a kaiju's supposed death that wasn't even noticed, she deserves to live.

There is no subtitled "import" version of GFW. What you bought is an illegal bootleg of the film pirated from Toho's unsubbed R2 DVD.

As I said in the review on H!O, the Sony DVD is completely uncut and has the end credits with deleted scenes.

That may have been true several years ago, but it's definitely not the case these days. Sony's first wave of Godzilla titles (5 Heisei movies) had no end credits, but those were first released 7-8 years ago. Since then, Sony has picked up and released uncut versions of GODZILLA VS THE SEA MONSTER, SON OF GODZILLA, GODZILLA VS HEDORAH, GODZILLA VS GIGAN, GODZILLA VS MECHAGODZILLA, GODZILLA VS MEGAGUIRUS, GMK, GODZILLA AGAINST MECHAGODZILLA, GODZILLA: TOKYO SOS, and GODZILLA: FINAL WARS. Even their US cut of GODZILLA 2000 has full end credits and footage.
