Paulozor VS. Timmongra Chapter I 2:00 AM, Mexico City, March 26th, 2006 It was a dark and stormy night. A man walked out of a Mexican grill to go to his home and rest. It was a long night. A cold, dark night. The man, who was relatively a coward, was scared at the rustle of the grass and trees and the wind howling through the air. He climbed inside his car and started to drive home. He was about 35 miles away from home. Half of his way toward his house he started to grow tired. He decided to stop by the motel down the road and spend the night there. But as he got out of his car, the city siren started to blare. He then saw the employees of the motel rushing out screaming for life. The man then grabbed one of the women by her sleeve and asked her why she was running. She said that the mountain nearby was exploding and she had to get out there. The man than saw the television. The news was on and reporting that something was coming out of the mountain and making it erupt. The man then ran for his car and started to pull out of the driveway when he heard a bang. He looked to his left and off in the distance he saw a nearby mountain exploding. He was terrified and started to drive away from the panic when suddenly, he heard a roar. A terrifying roar. It was more like a cross between a lion’s roar, and a screech of an angry bird. Then it came out of the mountain. A monster. A monster covered in fire and terrifying all the citizens of the small town. As the monster approached the town, the man froze up. He then watched in horror as the huge beast stepped on many of his fellow citizens and perfectly structured buildings. The whole city then started to burn to ashes. The fire then spread under his car. The man, moments before his car burst into flames, jumped out of his car. Just in time. |

10:00 AM, Mexico City Hospital, March 27th, 2006 The sun was coming up from the mountains. The man’s eyes opened. After the experience with his car and him experiencing his hometown being destroyed by a monster, he decided to close his eyes and forget what happened. But then, something was different about what he saw when he opened his eyes. He opened them again. He was in a hospital room. His life was saved. But then he thought about how others weren’t so lucky. He started to feel sad. He decided to get up and look outside. But then he noticed that he had a cast on his left arm. It hurt to get up. He tried to sit up and look outside. He saw construction workers working on the destroyed town nearby. “Luckily, that thing didn’t destroy our hospital. Just the things around it.” Said a voice from behind. The man looked to his right to see a doctor standing about five feet away from him. “Who are you?” Asked the man. “Dr. Grale”, said the man, “I’m an employee at this hospital…And your Senor Fral?” “Yes,” said the man. “That is me”. The doctor replied, “I’ll get the employees to fix you lunch. In the mean time y-Oh! You’re here! Pleasure to meet you.” Senor Fral then saw that the Doctor was greeting a General. The General then saw Senor Fral sitting in his bed. “Senor Fral, I presume?” Asked the General. “That is my name.” Said Senor Fral. “My name is General Caleb Carter,” said the General. “I’m here to talk to you about that monster you saw.” Fral first asked the General Carter, “Did anyone survive?” “No sir”, the General said. Fral was terrified. A tear then came from his right eye. His entire family lived in that city. Now he would never see them again. “We have to stop this monster!!” Fral yelled. “Calm down,” General Carter said. “We can’t find the monster until we find out what it looked like.” Fral then started to describe the beast. He described as a fire monster. A fire breathing, deadly, giant reptile. “It was covered in fire.” He said. It never stopped destroying. He then told him his experience with the monster. The General seemed like he enjoyed listening to him. He had compassion for him. And every single person. He seemed like a caring man. A brave man. A man who always did his job no matter what the odds. The General wrote down Fral’s description. “Thank you, Mr. Fral,” he said. “I’ll see you tomorrow.” General Carter then left. Fral then asked the Doctor, “When will I be back home?” “Not for a while” Dr. Grale said, “Your house was destroyed and your arm is literally shattered.” Fral then clinched his fists in anger. Chapter II 2:07 PM, Outside Military Headquarters, Mexico City, March 27th, 2006 General Carter stood outside the Military Headquarters. Dozens of news reporters gathered near the General. A scientist there named Nicolas James, was happy to be there. He wanted to hear about the monster. A girl was there too. Her name was Angela Adams. She was a news reporter. The meeting then began with a word from General Carter. “As all of you may know,” General Carter said, “The state of Mexico City has been terrorized by a monster that the people of Mexico City have come to call “Timmongra”. Cameras started to flash as soon as General Carter said that name. The news reporters started to wave their microphones in front of the General to hear his comments. General Carter then said, “I hope me and my men can do the best we can to stop this monster. We’ll try to keep as less innocent people dying as we can. Now with Timmongra on the loose, the world is in great danger. We’re trying to get as much military war craft and solders as we possibly can. It’s gonna take a lot of artillery to take this monster down. I will now hand the microphone over to a scientist I know named Nicolas James.” Nicolas stepped up to the dozens of microphones and said, “Me and dozens of scientists around the world believe that Timmongra may have lived underground near the core of the earth. While we were searching around Mexico City for skin samples, we got what we wished. We then took the sample back to the lab, soon to discover that the skin sample is over ten thousand years old!” Soon as those words came out of Nicolas’ mouth, from the throng of people came a huge gasp. Angela asked, “Does this mean that the monster could be living underground ever since the earth existed?” “Yes,” Nicolas replied, “We think that Timmongra may be a species of reptile that lived in the earth for a long time. Somehow, we think, they all died out by some sort of extinction. But only one survived. We also think that the monsters feed on fire. That’s why they live near the core of the earth so much. We can’t be so sure, however. But something I highly believe, is that Timmongra is going to start being a foe of Paulozor.” The news reporters and scientists gasped ounce again at the fact that Timmongra and Paulozor will actually fight. “Think of how much damage that would be!” Said one scientist. “Do you really believe that Paulozor and Timmongra will fight, Mr. James?” Asked a female reporter. “I strongly believe it.” Nicolas said. Angela enjoyed how he gave his speech and she admired how Nicolas didn’t show any signs of regret, or fear in front of the audience. She really admired him. 2:31 PM, Pacific Ocean, March 28th, 2006 A fleet of navel ships slowly moved across the sea. “Keep lookin’ at those radar screens!” Said the Captain to his sailors. “Keep an eye on them at all times!” “Sir!” Said one sailor, “I’ve got something!” The Captain looked at his screen. A huge green blur slowly moved across the radar. “Only one thing can be as big as that sucker!” Said the Captain. “Timmongra, sir?” Asked the sailor. “No,” he replied, “Bigger”. “What sir?” The sailor asked. Soon the Captain cried out, “PAULOZOR!” As soon as the Captain said that one word, Paulozor sprang out of the ocean. It roared a mighty roar, which frightened many of the sailors. “Launch all the artillery you can on the beast!” Cried the Captain. Soon, artillery flew at the monster and made bad wounds in its skin. Enraged, Paulozor took one of the biggest boats and sunk its massive teeth into it. Tearing it in half. Luckily, the sailors survived. Paulozor then took another boat and did the same. Only this time it cracked the ship in half with its knee. It then through the ship back into the water and did the same with two more. Paulozor then roared with annoyance and dove back into the water. Chapter III 3:00 PM, New York, New York, March 28th, 2006 General Carter strut though the military headquarters in NY. He had worked at dozens of Military locations all around the USA. He then heard the cry of a man. “Sir!” He cried, “take a look at this!”. General Carter took a look at the radar screen. A huge green dot headed strait towards New York City. “Get our men ready!” He replied. “We’re not gonna let that monster penetrate our forces!” In a matter of minutes, tanks, solders, and all sorts of weaponry were placed outside NYC. With great patience the General and his men waited until the right moment. Soon enough, it came. For without warning, Timmongra burst from the seas outside NY. Soon heavy artillery flew through the air. Timmongra made a hideous growl at the annoying artillery that was flying at him from all directions. Soon, emerging from the beast’s mouth came a blast of fire. So hot that it could peel the skin off anything in a matter of minutes. Solders soon caught on fire. Writhing in pain, they fell to the ground. Timmongra, satisfied with its kills, lumbered towards more military forces. Tank ammo and jet rockets flew through the air, hitting Timmongra. Enraged, the beast curled up into a ball and rolled its way through the line of tanks. Jumbo Jets followed it walking through the city. Shooting all they had, but still didn’t leave anything but nicks and scratches. Timmongra started throwing its hands up in the air, swatting the Jets and destroying them. “Fall back!” General Carter cried, “Fall back to base!” One solder then asked the General, “Why are you doing this?! We can’t just give up!!” “I can’t let anymore good men die,” Said General Carter. Timmongra ran through the cities. People ran for their lives, while some were not lucky. Timmongra didn’t waste time destroying buildings, instead, it headed south. Strait towards Mexico. Soon the military new about this and so did General Carter. “Looks like we have business to do,” Said General Carter. “Gather up all the troops you can get. It’s gonna take a lot of artillery to take down this creep.” “Sir!” Cried a man, “Take a look at this!” Ounce again it was the radar screen. And another green dot. But this wasn’t Timmongra. This monster was in the Pacific Ocean heading its way towards…Mexico City! “Ounce they meet, it’s almost guaranteed they’ll fight,” said General Carter. “Get the troops ready.” 7:00 PM, Mexico City, March 28th, 2006 Timmongra wandered through an abandoned Mexico. Hopping to find something to eat. It then tore a chunk of debris of a building and ate it. Disgusted, it spat it out. It didn’t taste good at all. The monster then saw cable wires stretching across the city. It took one and ate it. It tasted good. Very good. The monster then started to eat more. The electricity surprisingly didn’t hurt the beast. Instead, it made Timmongra eat more. It also made Timmongra stronger. Timmongra then had the energy to destroy more of the city, when suddenly Paulozor burst from the sea and roared at Timmongra. Timmongra, asking for a challenge, hissed at Paulozor. Paulozor accepted the challenge, when clear out of nowhere; tanks and jets came rushing at the two monsters. Enraged, Paulozor ignored the Jets and headed straight towards Timmongra. Timmongra then did likewise. Soon the monsters were grappling with each other in an intense battle of rivalry. Paulozor soon was hit by Timmongra’s deadly left hook. Paulozor fell to the ground. Timmongra then pierced Paulozor’s belly with its deadly long claws, but soon Paulozor bit Timmongra’s knee with its bone crushing jaws. Timmongra wailed in pain. However, its knee wasn’t broken, but bleeding very badly. Paulozor then got up on its feet and charged at Timmongra. However, Timmongra dodged Paulozor’s attack and scrambled onto its back. It then stuck its hands into Paulozor’s grizzly jaws and spread them apart, trying to break its jaws. Timmongra failed, however, ounce Paulozor reached behind and threw Timmongra off its back. Timmongra rolled on the ground and ran into a nearby building. Paulozor ounce again charged. But soon Timmongra was on its feet again and tackled Paulozor. Soon the two beasts were on the ground grappling with each other while rolling through the city. Paulozor then was kicked and flew into a nearby building. Timmongra then ran to Paulozor and grabbed its jaws, shutting them tight then showing Paulozor’s head into the ground. Paulozor was extremely enraged. It kicked Timmongra off itself and picked Timmongra up and threw him into a building. It then charged towards Timmongra, grabbed to of its fingers, and cracked them with its bear hands. Timmongra wailed in pain. It bit the underside of Paulozor neck and closed its own jaws as tight as it could. Paulozor could barley breathe. Tacking a risk, Paulozor grabbed Timmongra’s jaws and pulled them apart. It then chipped Timmongra’s jaw with both of its deadly hooks. Timmongra was stunned. It could barley stand. It tried to punch Paulozor again, but Paulozor dodged its fist, grabbed Timmongra, and threw its bleeding body into the sea. Timmongra swam away. Chapter IV 2:00 PM, Outside Military Headquarters, Nevada, March 29th, 2006 Once again General Carter stood up to a throng of news reporters. He started out with saying, “It seems that Paulozor has been victorious in the battle at Mexico City. But it also seems as though Timmongra may fight Paulozor again. With me I have Professor Nicholas James.” Nicholas stood up to the crowd very nicely. He soon began his speech. “Well, I believe that Timmongra gains power from electricity. Because we have had a throng of witnesses who saw Timmongra eating electrical wires, and then getting stronger.” “Mr. James,” asked Angela, “Is it possible that Paulozor will be defeated in the future by Timmongra?” “Possibly,” Said Nicholas. “But I’m pretty sure that, surprisingly, both will die. Because both monsters have very strong powers and athletic abilities. I know that Paulozor won at Mexico City, but I’m pretty sure that some day, Timmongra will become strong enough from electricity to destroy Paulozor, or end up in a tie.” “Mr. James,” asked Angela, “have you thought of drawing Timmongra to Paulozor some way?” “I’m so glad you asked,” Replied Nicholas, “The General and his men have invented a battle machine that shoots electrical energy to destroy our enemies. I think if we shoot it up in the air near Timmongra, the monster will follow it, and we’ll lead Timmongra to Paulozor. Were, hopefully, we will shoot the electrical energy at Timmongra and make it more powerful enough for the battle to end in a tie.” 5:00 PM, Inside Military Headquarters, Nevada, March 29th, 2006 It was a cloudy day. The air was cold. Almost bone-chilling to a lot of people. Because tonight, they were moving out of Nevada. They had to get away from Timmongra. The beast was heading their way. Hundreds of dozens of solders gathered a throng of people out of Nevada and put them in huge vans. Only to haul them away to another state that Timmongra wouldn’t be near. Suddenly, just as they feared, the siren blared. They had to get out of there quickly before Timmongra would kill them. Children started to cry. They were scared to death. Were they going to die? Parents said goodbyes to their children who were being carried off to a different state. Tears in their eyes, they entered into a different van. Suddenly, Timmongra made a bone-shaking roar, scaring everyone. Nearby Tanks opened fire upon the beast. But Timmongra was not hurt, it was annoyed. In anger, Timmongra sprayed fire from its mouth and blew up dozens of tanks. The people commenced to running and screaming. “Take cover!” cried the many voices of solders. There was one the foolish solder who should’ve followed his orders and followed his fellow troops, but instead he stayed in front. Of course, the man was about to be taught a lesson. His last lesson. For at that moment, Timmongra reached out, grabbed the solder and swallowed him whole in a savage display. A few women screamed and started to collapse at the sight of someone being eaten by a gargantuan reptile. Timmongra resumed to destruction. Killing many. But soon, the army released what the whole country heard about. The machine. The machine that could shoot electricity! The machine commenced to spurt out electrical bolts. Timmongra stared at it. Timmongra craved the shiny sparks and bolts. It followed the machine. Chasing it around the city. At the same time however, aircraft started to open fire upon the monster. Timmongra was pummeled with missiles. It was so annoyed. The monster started to swat at the jets, blowing them up to smithereens. Timmongra then resumed to chasing the battle machine. The machine soon led Timmongra out of the state and led it towards Mexico City, were Paulozor was also starting havoc. Luckily, the city that Paulozor was in was evacuated and so were all the others that Timmongra stomped through while following the battle machine. Paulozor wasn’t destroying, however, instead, it was roaring very loudly. Calling for Timmongra it seemed. Asking for a challenge. Paulozor kept calling. For it knew that Timmongra would soon arrive. Paulozor didn’t want to waste time. It looked around the city for Timmongra. Searching around buildings, and checking to see if Timmongra was hiding and waiting for the right moment to attack. Unfortunately, it could not find its competitor. Paulozor stated to call louder. Meanwhile, Timmongra kept on following the battle machine when it heard Paulozor’s roar. Timmongra was confused. It kept on following the battle machine. Meanwhile, General Carter was inside the battle machine. “Its not going fast enough, said the General, “shoot Timmongra with a few bullets and make it angry. Maybe it’ll follow us faster.” A few bullets came flying out of the battle machine and into Timmongra’s skin. Timmongra got angry. It then wanted to destroy the machine. However, if Timmongra would destroy it, the beast wouldn’t see the beautiful sparks and zaps of the battle machine. It kept on following the battle machine. It soon heard Paulozor’s roar again. This time Timmongra got annoyed by Paulozor. It looked up, and saw Paulozor in the distance. Chapter V 4:00 AM, Mexico City, March 30th, 2006 Timmongra was enraged. Its blood was boiling. Paulozor, the same. The two monsters stared at each other, planning out their strategy. “Alright,” said General Cater, “We’ve led Timmongra to Paulozor, let’s move to a different spot so we can get a good shot at the two.” The battle machine backed up into a line of tanks, solders, and jets. Soon heavy artillery was flying through the air at the two monsters. “Should we open fire on Timmongra with our battle machine, sir?” Asked a solder to the General. “No,” answered General Carter. “Let’s wait for the right moment.” Timmongra and Paulozor started to duel to the death. Paulozor grabbing Timmongra’s arm, and Timmongra doing likewise. Timmongra soon dived down under Paulozor, and scrambled on top of its back. Paulozor was annoyed by this attack. Paulozor struggled to get free. It seemed like Timmongra was stronger than ever! Timmongra grabbed Paulozor’s neck, it tried to crack it. But Paulozor’s neck was like stone! It was impossible to break! Timmongra gave up on twisting Paulozor’s neck and started pummeling Paulozor’s head with its fists. Paulozor was enraged. Its eyes started to grow black from Timmongra’s heavy combat. Paulozor couldn’t stand it. Paulozor fell to the ground. Timmongra got up and jumped onto Paulozor’s body. Paulozor roared in extreme anger. Its eyes, spikes, and mouth started to glow, and out came a blast of Thermonuclear breath! Timmongra flew through the air, soon hitting the ground. Timmongra then shot a fire ball at Paulozor’s right arm and missed. Paulozor headed straight for Timmongra at full speed. Timmongra did it also. Soon the monsters clashed with each other in savage combat. Paulozor punched Timmongra with a deadly left hook, and then Timmongra sprayed fore at Paulozor’s chest. Making it smoke. Paulozor groaned in pain. It fell to the ground. Timmongra was triumphant. Or so it thought, for Paulozor had faked its death, launched itself up, and pummeled Timmongra with its Club Tail. Timmongra was stunned. Giving Paulozor the chance to slam full speed into Timmongra. Timmongra fell to the ground unconscious. “Now!” Cried General Carter, “Fire the electricity beam!” The battle machine fired a bolt of electricity at Timmongra. Timmongra’s energy increased to a hundredfold! Timmongra launched itself into the air and fried Paulozor with a bolt of lightning from its hands! “The bolt of electricity has given Timmongra special powers! Cried General Carter, “Amazing!” Timmongra started to pummel Paulozor like never before! Paulozor kept getting stunned. It never got the chance to fight back! Paulozor was half dead. Finally it was able to give Timmongra a good sock. Paulozor tried it again, but this time Timmongra took Paulozor’s fist and threw Paulozor in the air. Timmongra then ran to Paulozor, lifted it high in the air, and threw it for over 5 miles. Paulozor crashed to the ground. Bleeding all over, it rose ounce again, charging at Timmongra in rage. Timmongra expected to kill Paulozor when it would be near, but Paulozor seemed to be just as strong as Timmongra when it got up. Paulozor punched Timmongra several times with its deadly hooks, but Timmongra fought back with its fire breath. Paulozor then shot a ball of thermonuclear breath at Paulozor. Stunned, Paulozor tried to punch Timmongra again, but Timmongra trapped Paulozor’s neck in its deadly jaws. Paulozor struggled to get free, but it was no use. Paulozor would soon give out. Suddenly, Paulozor’s intelligent mind thought up an idea. Paulozor rolled over, causing Timmongra to roll over as well and fall to the ground. Paulozor then did a body slam on Timmongra. Timmongra then swung its spiky tail full speed into Paulozor’s ankle. Paulozor fell, writhing in pain. Paulozor tried to do the same but Timmongra grabbed its tail and bit it. Paulozor wailed in anger. It then swung only its club while Timmongra was biting it and chipped the bones around Timmongra’s eye. Wailing in pain, Timmongra lost eyesight on its right eye. Timmongra charged full speed at Paulozor full speed and knocked Paulozor into a building. Paulozor got up, took a gasoline truck, and threw it at Timmongra. Timmongra’s arm was burnt. Timmongra was incredibly angry. Timmongra ran into Paulozor and both fell to the ground. They fist fought until soon they were rolling on the building debris under them. Paulozor kicked Timmongra off. Timmongra sprayed electricity at Paulozor. Paulozor and Timmongra then shot both of their deadly breath at the same time. The two weapons hit each other. They both stayed still. Soon a huge blast blew both monsters away. Timmongra and Paulozor soon got up. They charged at each other and clashed together once more. Paulozor and Timmongra soon came to a mountain. Below it was an ocean. Paulozor and Timmongra kept on fighting when soon they both fell. Paulozor and Timmongra fought on their way down, but after they were down in the water, nobody could see them. General Carter and his men looked at the sea. They couldn’t see a thing. They waited. Patience is all they had. Soon, there answer came. For Timmongra came bursting out of the sea roaring in triumph. “Well,” said General Carter. It looks like Timmongra is the winner. Lieutenant, call the president.” “Wait!” cried a solder, “Look!” General Carter then looked into the horizon and saw Timmongra being pulled under water. Then he and his men saw the water turning red and the spikes of Paulozor gliding threw the top of the ocean. Then they heard its roar. Paulozor was triumphant. Timmongra’s reign of terror had ended. And soon Paulozor came out of the water and swam off into the sunset. The End So! How'd you like it?
