Greetings! Which Godzilla is Godzilla to you? I mean, I know they're all Godzilla, but which one do you think of when you hear "Godzilla?" It's stopping now, but for the longest time, the Godzilla from Godzilla vs. Megalon - Terror of Mechagodzilla was my first mental image. That was my first Godzilla, and those were the ones I saw most often when I was a kid. I can still see his noble face... |

Heisei Godzilla. It definied his character more than any other. Though Miregoji is usually next. It sorta seemed like it was Goji on a bad day. It had some of his attitude to him. And yes, Orga may be a tad odd but hey, that's a compliment as far as I'm concerned. |

When I think of Godzilla, it's usually the G2K Godzilla, as G2K was my true introduction to Godzilla. Showa Godzilla comes to mind second. |

Mine is Heisei I always was fond of his sheer bulk and slow walk, never in a hurry to get anywhere since there were so few things that could really hinder a creature of such mass. |

Usually what comes to mind is the Heisei Goji with Ifukube's score booming in the background or the opening scene from GFW. |

Heisei Godzilla, of course!
He may not move fast, but you just look at him and think "unstoppable juggernaut". I mean the only thing that really killed him permanently was his own atomic heart. And even then he lived again via Junior. |

Well, now I'm starting to automatically think of the Milennium Godzillas and the Original Godzilla in equal numbers. |

It usually depends on the most recent movie I've seen, but ussually the First Godzilla (54) is the first I think of. Other than that, its ussually just the latest one I've seen. |

Heisei all the way! To me, he's the best. He has the widest variation of attacks, fought awesome kaiju, and he looks the best.

Godzilla 1974 It ain't my favorite, but it is the one that comes to mind first seeing how Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla was the film that I saw the most often during my childhood. |

G2K. Always had a rather Heisei-esque charm, but at the same time updated with an animalistic appearence and manner. Enforces Godzilla's menacing awe, but with Heisei's character. |

Heisei, due to the sheer size and power of Godzilla. I don't like a Godzilla who moves too quickly. It is less realistic. |

When I think of Godzilla I see the early Showa Godzilla first. Usually the suit from Godzilla vs. Mothra. Why? Because that Godzilla is classic and one of the first ones that I saw (actually, it was the first one I ever saw.) Second would be Heisei because of his design and because those movies are for the most part, good. |

I already posted but I'm gonna make everybody groan anyway. I think Heisei Goji has the cutest face out of all the Goji's XD I mean yeah sure, up close and in person he'd be scary as hell, but when he's inside my TV and can't claw/burn me, I get to say I think he looks damn cute sometimes. *Runs away giggling* BUt seriously those huge legs and that slow, almost clumsy walk...it just isn't Godzilla to me without all that. GFW Goji.....heheh, I just pretend Shezilla stood in for Godzilla because Godzilla was on vacation. It took her forever to ditch the tan, though ;P |

Heisei, more importantly the one seen in Godzilla vs. King Ghidora 1991. Big, powerful, and overall a badass. He has a mean looking face with the hooded eyes, but looks cool.
GMK-scary, and just looks really cool. Then there is the original 1954 look. One of the fins on this design resembles a mideval axe. |
