Added a couple updates to the main website. Go here for site updates: Site Updates Plus a link to the Kaiju Galaxy Blog has been put in the on the side bar to the left. -Donny-
I have added a header section and a links section onto Kaiju Galaxy! Let me know what you think at this link so I can know if we want to keep this or throw it out. Also, please post any ideas or things you would like to see on the forum there so I might be able to devise some set-up or what have you as to make this board better than it already is, which is already awesome! -Sahra-

So, I've placed a board header on Kaiju Galaxy (See above advertisement thing). It holds our important links and updates that the administrators might want to put up there. Let me know what you think and if there is anything else you, as the members, would like to see for the forum! YAY! |

The "Important Links" part of the header is a good idea. You'll probably want to keep the "General Rules" listed permanently and rotate out the others, at times, with various forums of KG that are busy with posting activity. |

Well I wanted to keep the ones dedicated to fan fiction up there because KG's original theme was supposed to be fan fiction.

I can make it so there are other links there or that there is a section for other links underneath Important links, which is why the header of the links section says "Important Links" instead of just "Links". If we have any ideas for any other links that we want up there, just post them here and I can see what I can do. |

I think it's great! Good idea! We might want to include a "Contest Links" section as well, which we could change out with the KGFF Contest and FFK Contest, and whatever other contests we may have.

^That's what I meant. That would let the contests "stand out" a bit more. KGFF is up there, but people would notice it more if it had its own "section". |

With the large open space that Sahra listed this in... 4.19.2009 I have added a header section and a links section onto Kaiju Galaxy! Between the Showa, Heisei and Mel Eras you have plenty of Kaiju to choose from. Not including other Giant Monsters or Super Sentri chara (I mean Ultraman --or possibly Zero Fighter-- certainly seems popular enough to merit and entry). Just a suggestion. cya Grd7 |

Oh Definitely a listing for Fan fic would be cool. Actually I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of condensing of stories by authors. At least a listing format with links to each of the stories they have done in the order they did them (or historical order of their continunity - with dates written). Far as the Monster of the Month. Here is an example of the format I had in mind. ...and yes. I know I mispelled Kaiju... I was in a hurry and had to get going. I can correct this if we decide to use a format of this nature. Actually. I have an even better idea for Kaiju of the Month... why stick with one... we we can spotlight two... AND pay homage to "Creature Double Feature" at the same time (A place that actually exposed me to many of the Kaiju I know and love) Here is one featuring Rodan and Gigan (this time I spelled Kaiju right... lol) I think it looks great and it uses the "Creature Double Feature" logo as well. Well with the featured kaiju/ fan fiction kaiju thing we already tried that...and unfortunately it fizzeled out. Personally, I don't really think I could manage adding another thing to the list because i have so much going right now that I'm literally about to go insane. |

Well couldn't one of your other Administrators · Moderators · The Council of the Beasts pick up the slack in that department? Just curious EM. Don't go crazy on me. If it is too much then it is too much. I haven't the foggest idea of what it takes to run a site like this. I kind of assumed it was rather self sustaining in most aspects. My bad. I know posting an image would require a (Reliable) site so that the images wouldn't disappear (Which is why I use Photobucket). As far as the compiling authors with stories. Maybe one of the moderators could do that or it doesn't have to be done at all. Just suggestions. *wink* But ya have to admit. It does look neat. Especially the Double Feature one. Grd7 |

lol. Don't worry, I generally do not go crazy. I would ask one of my staff to do this...but lately I have been pretty much almost the only person managing things here---granted Sahra has come back and is helping a lot with things. With Evan going to New York soon....I'm going to be losing yet another administrator....T_T *sad face* |

I think before we create any more positions...we need to somehow get the staff together and discuss the current staff. I honestly think we are going to need another administrator sometime soon. |
