  • The FFKT, Realm of Expressive Imagination, and RPG categories have been condensed into one category known as Member Creativity. That should de-clutter the main index a bit to make it easier for people to navigate.

  • Due to Photobucket wanting a bulk payment of $400 a year to host images with no other payment options, we are currently looking for another site to host our forum graphics. We appreciate your patience until this process is over.

  • Kaiju Section is going through an overhaul again. We'll be splitting it back into franchises, since not all franchises have the Godzilla series' Showa/Heisei/Millennium split.
  • Check out and vote in our poll in the Kaiju Galaxy Forum section regarding whether we should add a section for the Kamen Rider franchise!

    Ultra Kaiju Master
    Classification: Extra dimensional Silicon-based Reptilian
    Alignment: Neutral
Height: 358 Feet [Roughly 120 Meters, but height is actually difficult to determine, as Raiju is never seen on land, only swimming through the water like a crocodile]
    Length: Probably over 150 Meters
    Weight: 3,475 Tons

    Offensive/Defensive Abilities:
Armored jaws: Raiju has an armored, spear-like head, which as it turns out is just a shell, which splits open, revealing the real head, which is much softer than the rest of his body. In addition to the protection this shell provides for his vulnerable head, Raiju's 'armored jaws' can bite through the arm of a Jaeger like it was made of tin-foil!

    Passive Abilities:
Toxicity: All kaiju have an ammonia based biology, and their blood is laced with a toxic acid called 'Kaiju Blue', which is highly lethal to humans, and possibly other carbon-based lifeforms. The acid itself can break down concrete or metal, but only over a prolonged period of time. Contact with the fluid can kill a human within at least an hour [based on the graphic novel], though the actual time before the victim dies after exposure probably depends on the toxicity level. It appears that the Kaiju Blue agent can be removed or neutralized, allowing safe contact with deceased Kaiju tissue. Raiju has a High toxicity rating.

Strengths: The fastest swimmer of all Kaiju, and also has the the strongest, most damaging attack.
Weaknesses: Primary attack also exposes his greatest vulnerability; his squishy head! Also, I have no idea how mobile he'd be on land.

    Appearance:

Personality: Not much of a brawler, Raiju uses hit and run attacks, diving in, inflicting massive damage, then swimming out of reach of any retalitory attacks. How Raiju would fight on land, or grapple enemies in close-quarters, is unknown.

“Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy. They do not attack people because they want to, but because of their size and strength, mankind has no other choice but to defend himself. After several stories such as this, people end up having a kind of affection for the monsters. They end up caring about them.”
