He is very large in stature, with flowing and thick platinum hair. His facial features are very sharp and noble. Quass wears a black leather jack and greaves, covered by a purple longcoat lined with fur. He has three rings on each hands worn on his middle, ring, and index fingers. He wears black leather, fitted boots.
Personality: Quass is a very debonair individual, as his name would suggest. He believes in nothing but class and respect. He will use his charm in any way necessary to get his way, as although charismatic and respectful on the outside, Quass is a very devious man. He is constantly scheming and doing anything to get his ways. He is far reaching and constantly striving towards his goals. As kind as he can appear, Quass will do terrible things to achieve his goals.
Likes: Respect, power, beings of importance, beauty, his goals, history
Dislikes: Sticky rice, the five main Kage (Though he does respect them), not attaining his goals, rudeness.

Bonds/Relationships: Saint Kamui: Saint is the first of the Ata Akatsuki recruited to Quass's cause. The two get along for the most part, though they don't exactly see eye to eye on their ideals. While Quass is calm and respectful, Saint is arrogant and belittling, leaving the latter to typically keep his mouth shut when the two are dealing with matters. Saint is Quass's right hand man.
History: Quass Debonair was born to a non-ninja family in the outskirts of Yugakure in Yu no Kuni. He grew up a fairly regurlar kid, helping around the house, and taught the strict rules of manners and respect. He would help with yardwork and housework as muchas possible until reaching the age of 12, when more war erupted in Yu no Kuni.
As the war started, being centrally located where it was, Yu no Kuni became a battlefront used by Iwagakure and Konohagakure together. Having ninja around constantly made Quass interested in ninja and their abilities. As the war neared their front, he took up watching the ninja, studying them. He began to mimick their movements with ease.
The war brought the front to Yu no Kuni, and chaos ensued. Quass’s mother was killed as the family attempted to flee, his father disappearing, a prisoner of war. Quass was left alone at the family homestead, opting to stay where he was.
Quass became cold and calculated as he prepared to defend his home. Three Konoha ninja used his house as a base of operations, using young Quass’s knowledge of the land and area to their advantage as they taught him ninjutsu. Quass caught on quickly, developing not only a basic, but in depth knowledge of both Raiton and Suiton techniques. When the attacks came, the three ninja were killed by Quass himself, angry that they would bring their silly war to his village. He then entered the front lines on his own, a child of 15 at this point, and slaughtered the ninja of any village he had seen.
As the war came to a close, Quass left his home, traveling the world and taking contracts. He was a freelance fighter, trained in the art of the shinobi, but never given any formal rank. Quass took any contract that came about. Assassinations, destruction of villages, anything. He began to make a name for himself as the dreaded Storm Mercenary. As his name became more prevalent in the bingo books, Quass decided to disappear. He returned to Yugakure. His old home destroyed.
Quass Debonair decided to rebuild the village, and took the mantle of Atsuikage, the leader of the Hot Water village. He took up studying history, and the strongest shinobi of past eras. He wished to eradicate the Hidden villages, and all the turmoil they caused with their war, his village and family included. Finding his mind drifting towards and organization of the past known as the Akatsuki. Many organizations had taken up the mantle of Akatsuki, Quass deciding he would lead the latest iteration. He recruited mercenaries and missing-nin from all over the world to his cause, building Yugakure’s military might.
His plan began to come into fruition as even non-combatants flocked to his cause. He founded the Pain Cult, a group in his village who wore skull masks and were tasked to recreate the old Akatsuki through many means. Some sects of the cult attempted to revive the fallen Hidan in Konohagakure, others to form the Gedo Mazo statue.
Most of his attempts at these failed, so he is turning to the next phase of his plan. Recruit his own unique group of S-class ninja to his cause from villages all over the world. Only then will he have the military might to take on a Hidden Village. Quass recently approached Saint Kamui, a powerful ninja from Iwagakure, who joined him in his quest. Though they do not share the same goals, Saint's lust for power drives him to cooperate with Quass.

Fighting Style: Quass has large chakra supplies utilizing a mixture of Suiton and Raiton techniques in conjunction with each other. He will use his water as a powerful conduit to his Raiton for extra shock value. If serious, Quass is able to utilize Ranton, using its conducted energy as beams. He is also able to construct the Ranton into energy weapons and abilities, his understanding and use of it far beyond previous iterations of the chakra nature.

Summons: Raiju: Raiju is a large wolf standing 6 feet in height. The special thing about Raiju is that he is able to take the form of pure lightning. He is electrified to the touch unless his will allows you to touch his lightning-like fur. His body glows a light blue and white, his fur lined with lightning bolt shaped stripes.
Kirin: Kirin is a large 8 foot unicorn with the same properties of Raiju. She is a solid entity, though has the ability to become pure lightning. The difference in Kirin and Raiju, is Kirin is able to travel at the speed of light, taking her lightning form and shooting to her next destination as a bolt of electricity.

Suiton Suiru no Jutsu Rank: C Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Suiton Bakusui Shoha Rank: B Type: Offense, Defense, Supplementary Mastery: 10
The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques.
Suiton Ouzu Matoi no Jutsu Rank: B Type: Offense Mastery: 10
The user creates large twisters of fast moving water circling around their arms. The water can be extended out far or retract depending on the chakra put into it. The water twisters have high destructive power.
Suiton Bosui no Jutsu Rank: A Type: Defense Mastery: 10
If there is standing water on the ground, the user can put their chakra into it using this technique. Just by the users will, when attacks come in, the water will react to intercept the attack. Works extremely well to defend against fire type attacks.
Suiton Haran Bansho Rank: B Type: - Mastery: 10
This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crashing it onto the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Suiton Hahonryu Rank: A Type: - Mastery: 10
This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques
Suiton Suryuidan no Jutsu Rank: B Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill.
Suiton Mizurappa Rank: C Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The user launches a large jet of water from their mouth through their hand. This gives the appearance of playing a trumpet, hence the name.
Raiton Raiton Dan Ibiku Rank: B Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The user creates a condensed surge of lightning in their fist. Upon doing so, the user thrusts it forward, unleashing a powerful lightning bolt. It can be conducted by a water source to hit multiple targets.
Raiton Hiraishin Rank: B Type: Attack Mastery: 10
After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the user raises their arm into the air, generating a powerful bolt of electricity which travels through their body transferring the electricity to the body of the opponent.
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu Rank: A Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching. Unlike a regular Shadow Clone, this clone does not send chakra back to the user upon reverting to lightning.
Raiton Sandaboruto Rank: A Type: - Mastery: 10
The user extends both arms, releasing a high discharge through both palms, targeting multiple opponents simultaneously. It is possible to increase the power using this technique in combination with a water source.
Hybrid Suiton/Raiton Suiru no Raiton Jutsu Rank: A Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
The user creates a water prison around the enemy, and then electrifies it. The enemy is already immobilized in the water prison, unable to move and breath, and now has lightning coursing throughout their body, causing great pain.
Bakusui Shohai no Raiton Rank: A Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
The user will let forth a massive surge of water from their mouth, torrenting a big wave to crash into their opponents and covering the area in large amounts of water. As the water is expelled from the mouth, the user channels lightning out of their hands into the water, creating an electrifying effect for anyone who touches it.
Ouzu Matoi no Raiton Rank: A Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The user creates the massive water spirals around their arms and electrifies them. Not only is the destructive effect of the jutsu amplified, but it is now electrified and can completely scorch nerves and create residual damage around the area effected by the jutsu.
Bosui no Raiton Rank: S Type: Defense Mastery: 10
With the user using the Suiton Bosui no Jutsu to create the ultimate reactive defense, it will now be electrified, not only blocking attacks, but adding an electric shock to each defense. Physical attacks by enemies will now be both repelled and countered by electrocuting them.
Mizurappa no Raiton Rank: A Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The user will expel a jet of electrified water out of their mouth. It will both slam into the enemy with hard force, as well as electrocute upon contact.
Ranton Ranton Reiza Sakasu Rank: A Type: Offense Mastery: 10
This technique creates several beams and shoots them at the enemy. First, a halo of bright energy spreads around the user's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles the user's hand and from that, the beams are shot out towards the enemy. The user is able to alter the beam's direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can also increase the number of beams to a great amount to pin down an enemy.
Ranton Shingurubimu Rank: B Type: Attack Mastery: 10
The user will shoot out a superheated lazer from their hand at the enemy. The user is able to shoot it out of both hands, or combine their beams to create a large beam. The beam is able to rip through matter with relative ease, diamond being the only thing strong enough to stop it.
Ranton Bimushirudo Rank: A Type: Defense Mastery: 10
The user creates two circular shields out of Raiton energy to block any and all attacks. The circles are only a couple feet in radius each, and very versatile. They can also be used as weapons, being utilized to hit like a solid object.
Ranton Kyu Rank: A Type: Defense Mastery: 10
The user creates an orb of energy around themselves to block attacks. Not much can pierce the shield created.
Ranton Sekai no Kaku Rank: SS Type: Offense Mastery: 10
Quass is able to release massive waves of concentrated Ranton in an omnidirectional attack, releasing in a massive radius around him, destroying everything in its path. The jutsu can obliterate everything around it in a few mile radius, down to a few meter radius. The heavy toll this jutsu takes on its massive level can cause Quass to lose consciousness.
Ranton Bimu Denso Rank: S Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
Quass can travel at near instantaneous speeds by shooting a light speed Ranton beam, and traveling through it from one side, to where the beam ends. He is able to end the beam at any desired length. Slowed down, the jutsu looks like Quass firing a beam of energy, entering it, and coming out at the other end. In real time, it looks like a flash of light, and Quass teleported to a new location.
Ranton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu Rank:S Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
Quass can create a clone made out of his Ranton chakra. It acts like a Raiton clone, where upon contact, it electrocutes the enemy, however, the difference is that it is able to repair any damage done to itself, utilizing its own chakra. If the clone is touching or in water, the water is also electrified. The clone is also able to use its own chakra, shooting beams of Ranton energy from its hands, or exploding into a massive wave of Ranton energy. They are very versatile and dangerous.
Quass-Ryu Kawarimi no Jutsu Rank: S Type: Supplementary Mastery: 10
Used primarily after sustaining massive injury or as a means to elude a seemingly inescapable attack, this technique allows the user to materialize a new body - Seemingly out of destroyed parts of the old body. Quass will turn his form into Ranton energy upon impact of life threatening or seemingly unavoidable extreme injury. Out of the wounds of his body, he is able to emerge, recreated anew. Whilst the technique has the additional advantage of potentially being extremely difficult to detect, its use consumes a great amount of chakra. The technique can seemingly be used no matter how serious the injury.
Ranton Katachi Rank: S Type: Defense Mastery: 10
Quass is able to create a thin layer of Ranton around his body, as long as he holds still, fitting in it like a perfect mold. This technique is used to defend against unavoidable damage, as the Ranton cloak will absorb the damage from the attack. If it is a physical attack, the enemy will have the part of their body touching the Ranton cloak severely burned and shocked at the same time. Jutsu vaporize upon impact. This technique is hard to maintain, as it is similar to the Ranton Kyu, however, it is shaped around his body, giving it the visage of himself.
