This Topic is made just to have fun and to post the character you made story, or one going on right now. This Topic is open to everybody :D !!!! I'll get you started, this is 3 different posts that I had on a different thread and I just put into one.

Night was beginning to fall on the plain field Abunuj had been shooting at. His trainer always told him that training archery is never bad. But Abunuj wasn't out here for training, he was here to hopefully start some trouble. He was wearing a fur coat and had his horse armored, the entire point was to get noticed by bandits, he was thristy for something to kill, and wasn't going to kill and Innocent.

What had made him so thirsty to get a kill out, he hadn't killed in... he couldn't even remember
? This sudden thirst was beginning to worry, him. But now wasn't the time to worry about something he had done for most of his life.

In the trees of to the left he heard a very familiar noise, Light Calvary, no more than 5 horses. They were getting closer, but what were horses doing out this late, the Tokugawa training had ended hours before. Then, maybe 50 paces ahead, 4 horses apeard out of the forest, carrying short swords and staring at him. Abunuj reached into his quiver and pulled out 3 arrows, this his trainer had always told him to do. The four horses were seeming to try to get into wedge formation, which was stupid for such a small amount of men. It also would make it easy to land three arrows into them at once. He got his right hand into 3 finger hold and pulled the string back about 10 inches, he wouldn't need anymore than that.

He heard a sudden wize of air next to him which made him flinch, letting go of the arrows. The ripping noise of flesh came soon after and then the sound of bones breaking and horses falling over. In an instant Abunuj moved his left hand behind his back and reached his right hand for his Katana, made by the finest Blacksmith in all of Japan. Another wize of air to the other side of him, but this time he knew it was coming, at least 3 archers were firing at him. With a quick whistle his horse charged for the men, and with Abunujnes left hadn free, he grabbed the horse and got into saddle.

These archers weren't trained at all which would make for some easy kills and that they were. It toke Abunuj only 30 seconds to collect 3 heads which made him fell good inside, he hadn't lost his touch. But then to his suprise he heard marching, lots of marching. He ran up a small hill and clmbed one tree to find out where it was comig from. At least 2000 men were marching towards Tokugawa land, he hadn't realy ever seen those banners and couldn't identify, nore did he have enohg time as the were arrows coming his way, follow by chants "Spy!" He jumped off the tree, saddled his horse and made his way to the nearest castle town, there was a battle soon to come and he had to warn them!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The marching was growing silenter and silenter, Abunuj was in luck then. He horses, Hamica, didn't seem to have broken a sweat yet. The arrows had stopped coming only 5 minutes ago and there seemed to be about 20 more miles between him and the next Tokugawa Castle Town, which was common Tax Collector knowledge. There was a small village on the outskirts of the forest that seemed to be quiet nice for rest, even though Hamica wasn't tired that doesn't mean Abunuj wasn't.

When Abunuj arrived at the village many of the locals could't keep their eyes of him! Was it wired to see somebody carry weapons and look as wealthy as Abunuj, no to that because his weapons are more expensive then the village itself. Maybe they just aren't used to strangers in their village, not to many people travel this route anymore due to it's proximity to the Uesugi. Maybe they haven't gotten word that the Uesugi have only one province left until the Tokugawa have completely wiped them out.

Abunuj put that thought behind him at hte sight of a Tavern, which seemed to be the best place to go right now to get his thoughts straight. He turned Hamica to the east and then west to the stables. Once he was done with that business he finally entered the Tavern. It seemed like the entire village was in the Tavern at once, well maybe all the villages drunks. Abunuj found a spot in the corner of the Tavern to just rest and think, it was dark aswell so the annoying drunks wont get in teh way.

Abunuj overheard a heated conversation going down towards the end of the Tavern "There is no way that is true, aren't they already dead?"
"Turns out they never were, I just saw them in the field early today, was out scouting like I always do"
"Bout when do you think they will get here, when should we leave"At this Abunuj stood up, and so did a man at the far east of the Tavern, the conversation continued
"No, it looked like they were going to rest for the night, you know, long day of marching gets to you. And tomorrow they will probably just pass us by, we haven't had a visitor since the Uesugi first took this provenience." Abunuj had a strange feeling, the one he had before the First Battle of Kai. He had a feeling that he was going to need a Katana.
"I don't know man, there have been some shady people recently, maybe-" the man ended his sentence there and fell to the ground, Abunuj pulled out his Katana and scanned the room, the only other person that was up was that guy on the east side. Abunuj charged...

Abunuj made the first swipe, at the man head.He ducked and pulled out a dagger, and swung it at Abunujs belly. The wound of metal colliding range through the room as Abunuj reflected that hit and grabbed at the man, just giving up on playing nice. The man, who Abunuj just realized was quiet short, swung his arm towards Abunujs face, it only barley missed.

The sound of ripping flesh rung through the Tavern, but it couldn't have gotten any quieter than it already was, the short man wasn't the one who got hit though, neither was Abunuj, the other man in the conversation rang out in pain and then fell to the ground, an arrow in his back. Outside there was a huge crowd of men fighting innocent people, and there was no contest. Abunuj grabbed the short man by the neck a shoved his dagger into the short mans stomach. Abunuj let go of the mans neck and watched him fall to his death... but Abunuj had more to worry about now.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abunuj ran out of the Tavern, this was no time to be a hero, who ever these people were they are strong and ruthless. The stables hadn't looked like they took any damage fro the attacks. Abunuj grabbed Hamica and whistled, Hamica must have the best ears because he started charging for a group of what looked like 20 Katana Samurai. Abunuj pulled out his Katana and swung with all his might, if he got the armor off of one he may be able to see the mon. And arrow came whizzing past Abunuj's head as made his way forward, he was more grateful for Hamica's patience than ever before.

Fires were spreading through the village now and Anunuj noticed a small group of Ashigaru Swordsmen attacking the Samurai Abunuj had wounded, fire arrows began raining from the sky and Abunuj new if he wanted to protect the village he would have to distract them, he couldn't kill them all by himself. He smacked Hamica, telling her to run, and then pulled out his Katana for a second time to kill of some of the attacking stragglers.

When he reached a position behind the archers he had counted at least 30 heads that he had amputated. He grabbed into his bag and felt a Metallica ball. When he finally found it his lit i sting on it with a wrist method and threw it. On contact with ground the ball would explode stunning many people around it and killing some. It did just that, 11 of the people who were in the group were never going to get back up and Abunuj couldn't count how many had fallen to the ground grabbing their eyes.

Hamica seemed to have known what Abunuj wanted as she charged forward and started trampling many of the fallen men, and kicking those that were trying to get back up down. Abunuj swung at many of them with his Katana and hit them with great precision. Abunuj made a quick glance at the village and saw around 50 enemy men running for their life. But Abunuj couldn't focus on them right now, he had to make the most out of what luck he was having. None of them men that had tried to get back up so far had succeeded. Then out of nowhere something grabbed Abunuj by his back and slammed him to the ground. Abunuj struggled to get back to his feet, and in the process was punched in the stomach, causing the wind to get knocked out of him. The person grabbed him by the collar and pulled him up, Abunuj only got a quick look at his face before he was pushed backwards by the man.

This was a mistake though as Abunuj used the momentum to get himself to his feet. The person now only had the advantage of not being in pain, besides that is was dead even. "I could have been a ruler, a Daimyo, if it weren't for you!" Abunuj had a revelation just at that moment, the men who were attacking were a famous rebel group, and he would have the head of the leader. He charged at this man with all his might, and at perfect timing dove towards him. He had the man on the ground and got ready to punch. But the man quickly and swiftly pushed off Abunuj and got to his feet, which was where Abunuj's Katana was. Abunuj made another quick charge and right before he normally dove for the man he dove at the ground, reached out for his Katana, and when he felt the cold of the metal in his hand!-! BAM! The man must have predicted this and kicked at Abunuj's face. His nose was surely broken. Abunuj got to his knee and looked up, the man was walking backwards with a face of fear on his face. The a familiar sound of hoofs came into Abunuj's hearing. Hamica had come to the rescue.

That was only partially right. Hamica had come, but there was a rider, Abunuj's archer mentor. He had at least 3 arrows in his right hand and was already drawn back, Hamica was charging at the man. In the blink of an eye there were 3 arrows in the mans chest, and in one more blink Hamica was knocking him to the ground. Abunuj made a quick glance back at the village and heard man local cheers. They had beat the rebels!!!

That is what I got so far, so tell me what you think and post your own stories! I really look forward to reading them! :D

My name is Yoshihiro Boruton Henzai and I am 67 years old

I grew up in the aftermath of the Onin war, living in Kyoto until the age of 14. Being an orphan in a corrupt, devastated city is hard. All I had was my brother and a band of criminals called the 'warui' which I joined very young. We had to get by somehow and thieving, looting and even killing was the only way. I still remember that day when I killed someone for the first time. It pains me to think about it. That’s what drove me to run away from it all.

I spent the next few years wandering through Japan, war and devastation all around me as I passed from province to province, moving from farm to farm working my socks off to get some food and a roof over my head, but it always ended the same way: they kick me out when they find me nicking stuff. I eventually find myself in the lands of the saito, where I was recruited as a soldier at the age of 19. Two years later my little brother and I were reunited. He must have followed me there. He too joined the army and I served alongside him. I served them for a whole 16 years until I was too old and was disbanded.

In the following years I set up a criminal syndicate, the only thing apart from fighting I knew how to do. However these dark days were even worse than my days as a child because I was the one running it, I wasn’t forced to join, I could have been many other things but I chose to that. My brother disapproved and we never spoke after that. One day a strange old man whom I later new as 'Fukorou' saw potential in me which led him to propose teaching me the ways of 'Hontodesu'. I moved to Mikawa to learn this art. He taught me that my skills as a ninja shouldn't be used for criminality but for good. I was under his teaching until the age of 49:

It was the winter of 1548, the great battle of Mikawa. The daimyo called for any able bodied to pick up arms and fight against the armies of the takeda and the saito (the very clan I spent 16 years fighting for) some of my 'brothers' were fighting. I meditated to find out what I must do, and that was to fight for the Tokugawa, as if it was my destiny to serve the tokugawa - not the saito.

I was only 5 months off my 50th birthday, but my superior dexterity made light work of the soldiers as they climbed up into the castle. Everything was going well, until: I sliced a man in half as he attempted to jump on top of me, I thrust my sword into the stomach of an oncoming spearman to my left, I spun round and sliced... my brother... memories of when I was 14 flooded back to me, flashbacks of my first kill that I'd managed to push out of my head with the help of 'Fukorou'. I collapsed; I remember nothing more of the battle.

Following the battle, many people were interrogated including 'Fukorou'. Unfortunately, they got it out of him about my time as a soldier of the saito. They then killed him. The day I left the infirmary after my lucky escape from death, I was informed that I was being charged for the aforementioned reason. However, I was not being given the death penalty: because I fought on the tokugawa side during the battle they gave me an opportunity to redeem myself. They told me to get buddy-buddy with the hojo - so, when the time was right, I would have enough influence to persuade the withdrawal of their army from Izu so that it can be taken with ease. If I did this I would be pardoned, If I didn't I would be killed. I would have done it even if I had a choice.

Against all odds, I succeeded, was pardoned and the Tokugawa destroyed the hojo. After the Hojo had fallen, I became a pivotal part of the push upon the Satomi, through espionage. When Kazusa had fallen my days in the field had come to an end. I set up a ninja recruitment agency at the gambling hall there. My trainees have helped the tokugawa so much in their efforts against the Eusugi and Date.
