While I did suggest this game in a message to damo on Youtube, I thought to make it a tiny bit less rude to actually make a thread for it on the forum Plus it'd get someone else's opinion.I love the game personally and due to a similar playstyle to the Deux Ex game, I thought Damo might enjoy it. Also as it's one of my most beloved RPGs I'd like to see one of my favorite Let's Player's to do it. ![]() Just my suggestion, rip it apart as you will. |

It's one of my favourite games aswell. It also seems like a game damo could enjoy, being similar in gameplay to Deus Ex. |

I remember playing this game a couple of years ago and falling in love with it, at the time I hadn't come across anything remotely like it and to this day I hold it in high regards. I think for Damo too play this game he'd need to see some gameplay of it and then make a decision but for all I know he may already have done. Personally I hope he considers the game, it would create a sense of nostalgia for me personally if he did and I can imagine others would enjoy it too. -DrLoki |

It's sad that I still haven't found another game like it. Why did Troika go bankrupt?

"After disappointing sales on Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and unable to secure funding for future projects, they were forced to lay off their staff in late 2004; and closed their doors on February 28, 2005" So yes, Troika went backrupt after Bloodlines didn't sell as good as hoped. Sad to hear really. |

Damn Activision. They made Troika release it too soon. It didn't help that it was released at the same time as Half Life 2 and Halo 2. |

I could certainly lend my support to this idea. It's a fantastic game, there are only a few other RPGs that can measure up to it well. |

Would also suggest Clan Tremere for damo if he decides to do this...The Blood Mage/Occult clan seems more to his tastes from what I've seen of him. |

Indeed it would. Somebody had a lot of fun writing those dialogues. Personally I've always preferred the Toreador, so I could get the seduction options in converstions. The missions are varied and almost always interesting. The haunted mansion for example is great. The game sadly was undervalued due to having so many bugs in the beginning. But there are fan patches now that get rid of most of the problems and make it worth to play despite it's age. |

It's quite remarkable that after 8 years fans are still patching it. |

I'd have to throw my hand in with the Malkavian clan. Nothing says intense fun like running around as an incurably insane vampire...True story. -DrLoki |
