Black and White; Possible Black and White LP

I wonder whether Damo would be interested in playing either Black and White 1 or 2. They seem like games he may take a shine too- they have story, they have strategy, they're fun (but do stagnate towards the end) and have a mass of possibilities.
To explain in Black and White 1 and 2 you play as a god who comes into existance and comes to the aid of a civilisation. They worship you due to your help and you adopt a magical creature as an avatar and pet (the creatures include: a wolf, a chimp, a cow, a tiger, a lion, a horse and a tortoise). In the first game you come into contact with a god who wants to become the supreme god by destroying or making subserviant all other gods. You then receive the help of that god's creature and a friendly god in order to become powerful enough to defeat the eveil god- thus either becoming the supreme god yourself or allowing the otehr gods to continue existing.
The second game revolves around you as a god of the greeks, whom have been near wiped out by the aztecs, so you much help the greeks regain their power by either destroying or allying with other civilisations (teh japanese and the norse) and then taking down the aztecs themselves.
To put it simply: you play as god. You use your divine powers to do whatever you want (namely to help your civilisation grow). As mentioned there are story campaigns, in which your conscience (split between evil, a devil, and good, a wise old man) try to advise you and conflicts-which makes for excellent and hillarious banter at times. Add to that brilliant side quests in-campaign and what you got is a pseudo city-building, rts, rpg, god game.
They are a fairly unique pair of games but there are plenty of videos on youtube to watch-watching gameplay explains the games far better.
These games seem like ones that might be interesting to see Damo play, but maybe not a whole runthrough of hte campaigns- I know from experience that is time consuming, difficult, grinding and infuriating in the latter stages, so tehy may well have to be avoided. However overall the game is brilliant.
Any thoughts, you people you have lived through my rant and rambling?

I've played the original and it is quite fun. I have also watched a uncompleted LP of the first (technical problems forced it to be abandoned I think) and enjoyed it. Have no experience of the 2nd however.

The second has some improvements over the original, but it also has a few downfalls in comparison. The second has warfare, more building types, a new set of epics, more modern graphics (so less tech problems), new god powers, a completely different campaign and quests, a more interactive world, en environment that can actually recover from you and your civilisation.
However the old epics are gone, the convert system is replaced with one that is debateably worse/better (the new system is better in places, worse in others), all the old epics are gone, you only get one civilisation of worshipper's buildings (Greek, you unless you build in a Norse, Japanese, Aztec village), less civilisations (Egyptians are tutorial only, with no buildings, and the Celts are gone), there is no skirmish or multiplayer mode (single player campaign only), no tradeable creatures in campaign (the one you choose at the beginning is the only one you get) and no other gods, although there are creatures.
I'd say they are as good as each other, but each has thigns the other hasn't got.

My friend introduced me to Black and White quite a few years ago. Certainly good fun. I have a little itch that tells me it would be a little bit...'meh' as a Lets Play, though I cannot think of why. If I figure out my awkward feeling, I'll get back to you.
