Welcome to League of Legends Champ Suggestions. We hope you enjoy your visit.

First of all welcome and thank you for looking at the forums! This is a forum dedicated for people who love to make champs and want feedback on them and help them improve.

Right now I am by myself so I need to learn a lot of how to change some stuff but this is something I want the forums to archive:

1. A dedicated place for league of legends champion suggestions

2. A place where people can get together and give feedback on each others champs

3. In time i am hoping we can have some groups of people to work together on making champs, lore, art work, spells, stats, etc. One great mind is great, but several can really make a champ unique.

Feel free to sign up and I hope we can start creating some great champs!

First off, I would like to say that Jace, the Mind Sculptor is a magic: the gathering card that came out in the set called worldwake, and is freakin amazing.

Now onto the review...

Veil of Illusions
I like the idea behind this passive, as it is very unique and allows you to try out more oddball builds to throw off people. Despite this though, the dodge chance might be a tad too strong. Does this dodge stack with each skill used, or refreshes it? If your going to keep the dodge chance, I would advise you to compare with sivir's passive dodge, and keep in mind the strong utility of keeping your items a secret.

Mindblast
Mindblast seems to be a very intregueing ability. I would, however, reduce the range of this ability to about 600 instead of 700, or reduce the bonus damage per skill on cooldown ever so slightly.

Muddle the Memory
Now this skill, is a bit iffy... with the passive, is it per auto-attack? Because that would just be plain vicious... I stack a bunch of AS, your skills are NEVER going to come back up. If that is the case though, instead increase the cooldowns whenever they are targetted by one of your skills, or perhaps if they target you with a skill they control.
As for the active, this might also be a bit tricky as all players share sight with one another. Instead of making yourself just disapear to one player, why not exclude that players sight from everyone elses for a couple of seconds? Regardless of this, the teleporting back to the previous location is downright wrong in so many ways its not even funny, it would be like an AP shaco pre-nerf all over again, except worse since he takes down your skills. As for the muddled memory bonus damage, is that per stack, or just a solid number when the effect of muddled memory ends?
Regardless, I HIGHLY recommend you rethink this skill. Also, as far as cooldowns and durations go, keep in mind the possibility of a person getting cooldown reduction.

Confuse
Ok, confuse, and I'm going to be honest, feels so similar to fiddles fear, execpt even meaner. the duration is the same duration as his, the range is further, and the fact that the duration of the confusion can't be reduced puts the nail in the coffin. I would recommend however, adding some feature that incorperates the theme of this champion. Perhaps reducing the MR considering you are tweaking with the guys mind during the confused duration, but still, you have to remember about balancing certain aspects of a champion. Malzahar's ultimate stuns for 3 seconds, but he has to be channeling and thats doing some decent damage. Now imagine that in the hands of someone else who can freely roam around as well WHILE the opponent is stunned so to speak. This is confuse right now.

Drive Insane
At first, drive insains passive seemed reasonable, making him able to deal damage to his allies. But then there was the additional feature of pretty much attacking friendly champions for 5 seconds which threw it overboard. Do you realize how long 5 seconds is in a team battle? It's about enough duration to tear an entire team asunder, and I haven't even gotten to the active yet! Personally I would just set it at the 5 stacks, can hit allies, then after 5 seconds, is resistant to the debuffs for 5 seconds. Even this one ability is amazingly powerful. Imagine a miss fortune or a fiddle who ulted under the influence of just the first step of insanity. Yeah, its wrong and brutal, and is enough to make a difference with just that.

The active as well is a bit overboard, with an AS build you can drive a person insain in probably less then 3 seconds. Instead of providing clones, and for balancing sake simply add 1/2/3 insanity counters on all people within a certain range, maybe include some magic damage as well, but reduce the cooldown to something like 120/100/80 seconds.

As it currently stands, many of the features your champion has, despite being unique, is completely gamebreaking in so many aspects its not even funny. Despite this however, as your champion currently stands, he would be leaning moreso towards AS build every time due to the ultimate with insanity and Muddle the memory, as the AP ratios as it currently stands is neglectable in comparison right now. I would recommend first making some changes that I addressed, and from there revising the numbers in comparison to other similar champion abilities, but trying to come up with something reasonable with the added factor of the utility of the abilities. As it currently stands you have a possible stun, a way to shut down a persons abilities that can't even be cleansed like silence, a fear (to a degree) that cannot have the duration reduced, and a forced taunt to attack allies for 5 seconds when rammus's and shen's taunt were enough already with about a 3 second duration. That is more CC then any other champion I have ever seen in a champion suggestion, and definately outdoes any currently existing champion.

Sorry if I was too brutal in my review, but I hope this helps.

I'm not angry that you were that direct. At least do i have an idea of how i should change him.

I'll start rethinking him a little Bit, but i'd like to mention One Thing: He was designed to Be a disabler, so he'd Need a lot CC. I'll definately think about some of you balance issues.

Thanks for the good Feedback!

I'll agree that if we're looking at a specific champion of disabling, your ultimate is a fairly good concept and its a nice touch. But looking at the game League of Legends as a whole, your ultimate is not that good. Not that its not that good, its not that good for the current game, in my opinion. A little too much CC out there already. If you have a team without any CC or only 1, you're almost always going to lose already.

Nothing wrong with a disabler, just that theres too many CC already.

I can understand you very good pineapple, but well, Even of there's already quite some CC out there, there is no pure 'tricky' champion, who relies mostly on CC to survive and to Be usefull in teamfight (Morgana for example may Be so good 'cause of her great CC capabilities, but She still relies more on her damage by her high AP ratios)
I wanted to create a Champion who has different Kinds of CC As the ones that exist atm, without Making him a simple mage.

Well, I see you did take into consideration some of the adjustments that I recommended which is really nice. There are however a couple of things that I would recommend however with these changes.

Passive- I see that you didn't change it so much, but it didn't have any problems to begin with.

Q- Similar to the passive, re-examining it however, the one thing that I might recommend is perhaps having a scaled stun duration, something like 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Reason for this is at early level it is much more likely to stun the target since they will usually only have 1 or 2 skills early on, and punishing them for going through all their skills with a 1.5 stun might be a little iffy. Late game though, it should be punishable, and as such I recommend this scaling for the stun duration. The rest of the stats for the most part look fine.

W- The active looks fine, the only question I have really is how the passive exactly works, as it is worded quite strangely (max. 2 seconds increase each 5 seconds?)
Depending on what exactly this really means so to speak, I may have more input in regards to the active.

E- Much better statistics in my opinion. The only question I have at this point is if this ability can be cleansed by certain means (Cleanse band, or cleanse summoner skill, or gangplanks scurvy). If it can be cleansed, then it is perfectly fine, as this mainly effects things such as merc treads.

R- Drive Insain looks MUCH MUCH better then it previously did. One big question though is in regards to how the skill exactly works with the active. It says it summons an illusion, so is it basicly an aoe target area, or is it around your champion? If it is a summon at location, the 275 radius might be fine but then you would have to address the summon range. If its around your champion however, I would recommend a larger radius, something like 500. 550 radius is about the size of the area in which you can summon tibbers with annie for comparison.

Still, your champion is looking MUCH more balanced.

Well, after you told me about some problems with his balance i just had to react. Thanks for giving feedback, same to Pineapple.

Q- I've compared this skills stun with Sion's Cryptic Gaze. My skill may have a lower Cooldown, yes, but the stun isn't a safe bet. I think it works good as it's at the moment.

W-I mean that if you attack a target let's say for 3 seconds, and you have an attack speed of 1.5 with this skill on level 5 the targets cooldowns will be increased by 2 seconds. After the 4th attack on second 3 the max. cap of cooldown increase will be reached, and for 2 seconds there will be no increase of the cooldowns. After these 2 seconds you'll be able to increase them again. I've put this cap to make it less usefull picking high AS with this champion because it wouldn't have the target of Kepzelet's attack a less lasting disadvantage.
I've thought of leaving the passive effect out if the active is on cooldown.

E- As the description said, it just isn't able to be reduced. Cleanse, Cleanse Band and Gengplanks Scurvy will still remove it, but Merc. Treads and the passive effect after using Cleanse won't reduce the duration.

R-The skill summons the illusion at the target area, so it works in a way like Annies Summon Tibbers without summoning a minion. I'll add the range of the skill.

PS: Thanks again for the balance help
