...No, that was not something that was likely considered when writing that ability, but it might be fixed vis-a-vis locking out bionic hearts a la the Promethean...
I've said it before, I'll say it again: Given its current fluff, the Youma should be an exalt, not a race. Yes, there was a reason I titled this using that name when I first put it up. |

EDIT: what eisenritter said, only like a minute too late Though I will add that Changeling has been defined by White Wolf and LawfulNice (one of the few times he posted) as an Exaltation instead of a race. Edited by Kwak, Feb 19 2016, 09:07 PM.

Edit's in. Wicked Masque now implies that a Tuatha has no heart to replace with Darksteel. |

No, the reason nobody else speaks Abyssal is because they are all too busy speaking Infernal, which may I remind you is supposed to be Abyssal according to Book 1. The whole "military language" thing is something you guys made up, and has no mention in any of the first two books. You ever think that they call it Abyssal because that's what you speak in the Abyss? I was actually going to be basing Changings off of their appearance in Ebberon, with some White Wolf on the side. To be brief, they are the decedents of people of various races who were messed with by the Fair Folk (ie, these guys), and are natural shapeshifters because of it. EDIT: Damn, I got a little fired up there. I really need to stop posting right after I get off of work. Oh well, I'm still a bit peeved about you guys treating this "military language" jazz like its canon. It isn't. Then again, is anything we make canon? Is the game itself canon? Who knows? I agree with you about Abyssal. I figure it is the language of the Abyss, Chaotic Daemons and the Ruinous Powers in general.

Hey, guess what: Baator fucking exists. It's also in Book 1. Retroactive justification is best justification, Infernal's here to fucking stay.
Like I said, splitting the carcass. I look forward to seeing exactly how ridiculous a Changeling Tuatha would be.

Wait, what does Baator existing have to do with the Abyssal language? I'm confused as to why that justifies Infernal as a thing. |

At any rate, if we could please focus more on the mechanical side of things? I'll worry about fluffy shit (i.e. languages) afterward, thank you. ![]() I think I have addressed those issues that were still in the base exalt to some degree of satisfaction, which leaves the assets. Feel free to assume that any changes to Dullahan fluff will snowball from what is kept here; I feel like the Court of Stars is the best origin point for Tuatha assets now. |
