The Gloaming Court is associated with night and all that entails... sleep, dreams, darkness, etc. Already had Gloaming in use, so I pulled a different name out of the Nocturnal Exalted fansplat.

Looking at the Glamour regen, it's a little plain. Can we do something like in Changeling, where you can take Glamour from the dreams and emotions of others?

Glamour notably has the same amount and growth as Prometheans but comes but much more quickly. On the other hand, it has no shortcut like a promethean. A Promethean in my campaign would often have the wizard throw down some energy walls or include him in the blast radius of Energy Ball so he could get some Pyros when he needed it.
The Tuatha gets it back pretty easily and quickly, but can't do it during combat. A Shortcut is nice but it would likely require an edit to the speed of their normal recovery.

The Tuatha Assets, which I saved, are a bit mechanically stronger in my opinion than the new ones, but notably they each did contain a Resource Regain shortcut.

Quote:

Tuatha Grace Assets
A Tuatha can have up to two of the assets listed here. The first asset taken will only grant its Ascendant benefit. The second will only grant its Shadowed benefit.

Cup Grace
The Cup represents the concept of Desire, defining the Tuatha's capacity to empathize with and understand the imperatives of other beings.
Ascendant: Gain a +2k0 bonus to Fellowship tests, and you can use Fellowship + Deceive in a Refute action to turn the social attack back on whoever started it, tricking him into performing whatever action he tried to request of you. If you would consent to a social attack without spending Resolve, you regain 1 Glamour.
Shadowed: You can use Fellowship + Deceive in a Refute action to turn the social attack back on whoever started it, tricking him into performing whatever action he tried to request of you.

Ring Grace
The Ring represents the concept of Purpose. While the Heart Grace creates the Tuatha's identity, the Ring gives them a motive for action.
Ascendant: Reduce damage you take from any source by an amount equal to your Willpower plus your Heart Grace, except for damage inflicted by magical effects or iron weapons. When you take a successful action to prevent an attack from hitting you (i.e. Dodge or Parry, but not simply missing by your Static Defense alone, even if you took a Full Defense action), you regain 1 Glamour.
Shadowed: Reduce damage you take from any source by an amount equal to your Heart Grace, except for damage inflicted by magical effects or iron weapons.

Staff Grace
The Staff represents the concept of Interaction, the Tuatha's ability to share her purpose and treat with others as equals.
Ascendant: Gain a bonus to Mental Defense equal to 2 + your Heart Grace, and you can spend Glamour to improve your Social tests. When an opponent engages you in social combat (that is, he takes actions against you, rather than spending Resolve to resist or simply consenting to your social attacks), you regain 1 Glamour.
Shadowed: You can spend Glamour to improve your Social tests against any creature.

Sword Grace
The Sword represents the idea of Conflict, defining the Tuatha's ability to define herself on her own terms.
Ascendant: Add your Heart Grace as a static bonus to initiative as well as attack rolls, damage rolls, and skill tests against characters who have not yet acted during the current round, as long as your last encounter with any enemies involved did not end with them defeating you in any way. Regain 1 Glamour whenever you force an opponent to admit defeat (dying is a tacit admission of defeat).
Shadowed: You can spend 1 Glamour to add your Heart Grace as a static bonus on any roll during your turn.

I was thinking of something like allowing the Tuatha to leech Glamour off of other people's emotions by spending time around them and rolling (something) against their Mental Defense. You'd gain a Glamour for beating the TN, and additional Glamour points for every raise over it. I was looking at this for inspiration.

That was a quick patch and Username please remove that quote the new ones are here to stay.

Was a bit more concerned with dialing back from the old than coming up with something new for that. At knee jerk, it'd be basically Social tests to regain Glamour, with weredrago's idea?

It's a good thing Username saved them. I like the Courts, but I didn't like seeing Graces go. Why can't he keep them posted in quote form?

Because then people start asking stupid questions. Remove them.

All I'm concerned about right now is Glamour. What if you could recover Glamour by rolling Wisdom + Fellowship/Charisma against TN 10 whenever someone is particularly emotional? If you succeed, you get a Glamour for passing the test, along with another Glamour for every raise.

Five courts, five major social skills, maybe just tie it up with those?
