I think fusing together sentient creatures should probably trigger Perils of the Warp still. |

That means we need to define Edit: dang it, I'm usually good about the difference. I blame Methodia for leading me

"Sentient" only means you are capable of perceiving your surroundings. Sapient, on the other hand, means you are self-aware and capable of rational thought. The latter derives our own species name (H. sapiens); would probably refer to any non-Mindless humanoid? |

Extremely Confused

Pretty sure anything with an int of 1 or greater is sapient. Although, how would that interact with Frenzy? IIRC, it's possible to get zero/negative int with frenzy. |

Sapience yeah, I keep getting those confused. And I don't know if above 1 INT makes something sapient. It makes it sentient sure, but not sapient. |

2 Int is average for a human. |

To perceive other things is sentience. That's Wisdom. To perceive oneself as apart from others is sapience. That's Charisma. EDIT: ...Wait, that's D&D definitions. Still applies for sentience, though, looks like in DtD sapience would be Intelligence and Fellowship in concert. Edited by Eisenritter, Sep 23 2015, 06:45 PM.

Animals do have low charisma too. Maybe a combined Int and Cha of 3 or less can be considered Non-Sapient? |

DtD has a lot less restrictions on what is possible what isn't. As long as you aren't trying to break the Exalted rule, you can fuse almost anything. Just don't come crying to me when your Elder Dragon Modron Lord goes rogue. |
