You might want to extend the Exalted limit on Chimera to exalted in general, so you don't get dumb stuff like repeatedly summoning a Greater Servant and fusing it with one of your party members until they get a minimum of 4 dots in all characteristics and "relevant skills". Or like, y'know, making a Elder Dragon Modron Lord, knocking it unconscious, and then fusing it with yourself of one of your party members. There's also a certain Gotta Catch 'Em All aspect to it currently, since you could keep fusing multiple creatures into one Ultimate Chimera - one of which might very well be yourself! Why risk combining a Dragon, Greater Demon and Cow (combined Size 28) when you could just combine your Demon Dragon with said Cow (combined Size 18, if Size is averaged, or 20 if it isn't.) It'll take more time, sure, but combining two Humans would already take 20 turns so it's mostly irrelevant in combat time either way. Seriously, though, you could probably ignore the action cost and give it the Social keyword and little would change. Speaking of which, what happens with their feats and size? |

I think there should be a possibility of overdoing it, maybe a tiny chance of it going horribly wrong and you end up with a mishmash abomination called "Granfaloon", with Stuff of Nightmares, Fear 4 and other stuff. |

Maybe a roll on the Degeneration chart would be in order? |

That could be reserved for minor fusion mistakes. |

Two versions of the Alchemist. V1 uses the drug related feats, while V2 does not. |
