...Yep, that's all I had. Plan was to draw from Blades of Time, a bit of Sakuya (pictured) and through her some DIO, maybe throw in some references to the time travelers in Haruhi Suzumiya. Probably some other things too. ^o)

But that was six months ago. As you can see, I kinda got a bit distracted... :$

Name
I know I've been rather anal about names recently, but I don't think Chronomancer is a good fit for this Exalt. It's a bit on the long side, for one. It also sounds like a class name instead of an Exalt. My personal recommendation for an alternate would be Time Lord.

Fluff
My idea would be that a Chronomancer can happen when a person becomes 'desynchronized' with the turning of the Wheel, becoming free of the machinations of fate. It can happen in many different ways. You suffered the wost moment of your life. Your Geller Field got fried at the right moment. You wanted to undo a mistake so badly, time gave you a second chance. No matter how you got your powers, you see a bright future ahead of yourself. Unless you don't, in which case you can fix it by force.

Tell
When Ticks and Tocks are exchanged by the Chronomancer, anyone in range of the Exalt's powers can hear the subtle turning of the hands of fate.

Powers

Maybe give a free rank of Divination? Divination should be included somewhere in here. They should also be immune to Divination, due to being unhooked from fate.

How about some Doctor Who style revival? Every time you die, you can rearrange your Attributes for free because you're living on new/borrowed time.

There also needs to be a "To-Do List" mechanic like in the Excellent Adventure game. Like Just as Planned, but uses Ticks. It can also be used like Anticipation from the WOD Mirrors book.

Mechanics need to be sorted out for what happens when a paradox prevents you from finishing an action started by spending Ticks. Damage? Phenomena? Retconning events that already occurred?

Slipstream 5 needs to be some kind of time stop, but that was a given. The hard part is putting everything else together.

Their Assets can take from Time Wizard: Instant, Second, Minute, and Hour. Throw in Day and we have five Duration Assets.

Also, did you ever see the concept videos for Isaac as a playable character in Skullgirls? It's pretty inspiring.

Extremely Confused
Might want to add to the fluff something about the spice melange, and these to the powers:
Temporal Fugue

By spending a Full Action, you may create a carbon copy of yourself - armor, equipment, and all. If this copy is created in the middle of combat, roll for its initiative. A copy costs 1 Tick per round to maintain, and once you are out of Ticks you must choose which version of yourself will continue to exist; the others and their equipment disappear entirely.
Diegesomancy? Can't decide on a name for this one

By taking full fatigue and passing out, you may reshuffle one point from any background of yours into any other background. For example, if you had Artifact 3, you could remove one point from it and put it in Backing. Changes made can cause you to, say, lose a Major Contact or break down your Artifact count until it fits within your new backgrounds.
Guild Navigator

Gain a free raise on all tests made to navigate into, through, and out of the Warp. As well, all Warp Encounters rolls are made at -2.
Here's Weredrago's suggestion bundled with one of mine into something that should make for a good starter power:
Achronal

You begin play with one free rank in the Divination Magic School and the Just As Planned feat. You may purchase ranks in Divination as if it appeared in any class progression you possess. As well, all attempts to use Divination spells on you without your consent fail.

I put Spice in the Apothecary thread, should I change the line "Rumors persist that overdoses can cause further mutation but so far they remain unsubstantiated." to ""Rumors persist that overdoses can cause Exaltation?

Edit: I second Time Lord as the name.

...Those of you thinking in terms of "class name" versus "exalt name" should be reminded that the Sage is still, in fact, called the Sage. :P

@weredrago2: I'm not too big on Doctor Who. Isn't their regeneration due to some biological redundancy going on? And what's this about Isaac in Skullgirls, which one?

@Yog-Sothoth: "Achronal" also makes for a good overall name, here. I'll admit I'm mostly using what I already had the thing saved under. ^o)

Couple abilities added in. Think we can add a line about how Tocks interact with Time Fugue without breaking that one's flow too much?

This one.

I forgot my power cord at school so I have to use the Ipad.

Also, I suggest calling it "Time Distorted".

I'm willing to accept Sages as being Sages (a name that I actually like), but Chronomancer is pushing it for me. It's also long, having 12 words and 4 syllables.

Doctor Who's regeneration is biological, but it can be given and taken away because Time Lords have superscience. I'm trying to adapt it here as something like that but with a different fluff explanation. It can even be merged with the background changing idea.

Time Dilation kinda covers what Isaac does, but it would be nice if you could spend a Tock to travel back and perform the action your future self did, disappearing for a round in the present while you are in the past.

Time Lord regeneration isn't biological. They use Regeneration energy that generally looks like bursts of flame or streams of light. Immediately after changing bodies they tend to show increased strength and the ability to control energy.

Oh yeah. My bad.

How should we handle Assets? Was I onto something with Durations?
